My friend and I stayed at Malmaison Leeds for 2 nights and had a great stay. The rooms was large, nicely furnished and lit with very comfortable beds. Lovely tea and coffee making facilities and good quality toiletries. The location is great as it is a short walk to the main shopping area and the station. We enjoyed some Champagne in the bar which had a nice atmosphere.
On returning home I realised that I had left my makeup bag. When I phoned, I spoke to Kirsty at reception and she took some details and said that housekeeping would contact me. Within the hour Inga phoned to say that they had found it and would post it back to me. I offered to pay postage but was told this wouldn't be necessary. My makeup arrived back today - 2 days later. I am so impressed at this brilliant service and wanted to express my gratitude to Kirsty and Inga and all at Malmaison. I've stayed at a few Malmaison's over the years and wouldn't hesitate to do so again and would also highly recommend Malmaison Leeds.More
