Booked to see the show Wicked, we paid £50 per ticket and were generally excited to go see the show. On arrival at our seats we found that we had limited viewing of the stage due to the location of the seats, this was a disappointment to us as this was not clearly advertised when we booked the seats.
On contacting the venue after the show to highlight our disappointment we received an unsatisfactory explanation with no apology from a rude and unhelpful staff member named Faye Dawson.
It's customer service like this that leaves a bitter taste in your mouth and ruined what should have been a great day.
I believe the venue need to retrain their staff in what customer service should be.
