“Confortable; predictable; excellent location”
Reviewed 20 August 2013

We chose the Jurys Inn for the price and the location and were not disappointed.

Our room was small but perfectly formed - the bed was excellent, there was climate control for those unable to open the window, a flat screen tv, iron and ironing board as standard, the bathroom was functional and the whole place was spotless. The reception staff were professional and friendly and the hotel is minutes from the centre of Leeds. Parking is available across the road but is not free.

Myself and two girlfriends stayed here for one night over a weekend to shop and sample the nightlife. The hotel is very close to the shops and clubs and Leeds is a great night out.
The hotel is a short walk from a few car parks which were reasonably priced and free on Sundays. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. I'd recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the canal if you are a light sleeper though as the sound of church bells woke me up early and I didn't get a very good sleep because of that but overall we had a lovely stay!

On a city break to see family and the second time we have stay here and still received excellent service as before, all staff were warm and friendly and will always go back. Great location near the river and walking distance of city centre and train station without the noise.

I traveled here from Australia for my Hen Party with my UK friends and it was alright. It's bang in the centre of town pretty much and is a popular place for these shenanigans. A couple of my friends rooms weren't what they booked and staff were okay about it, apologetic - not sure there was any refunding - but I hadn't booked it. The breakfast was great, much needed. The bar late at night was abuzz with other people spending the night/weekend in the city.

My only problem was how tiny the rooms were! Gosh... they were small. Two of our friends stayed elsewhere for less and said their room was lovely. Ho hum.

Stayed here on a Saturday night great location 5 minutes walk to city shops and bars close by.
Hotel was 3 star but could of easily been higher. Restaurant and bar decor very luxiourous.
Found all of the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Stayed for 3 days. Room was huge and felt luxurious...really high ceilings and huge windows. Room was spotless. Breakfast was varied and plentiful almost everything you could want.
There are several bars and restaurants in spitting distance and a Sainsbury's too.
I couldn' really fault the stay . Thanks to all staff.
