I booked two rooms for 3 nights to attend a weekend of family celebrations on the occasion of my sister's Ruby Wedding. The hotel is quiet, clean and modern with wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. However I will never stay there again as firstly, it is a nightmare to get to, and the side we were on, was hemmed in by tall buildings, giving it a very claustrophobic feel. From your room you cannot tell if it is raining or even if it is dull or sunny outside, the hotel has no on-site parking and as a I suffer from Anxiety & Panic Attacks, I found the fact that you cannot open your hotel room window very distressing.

Room Tip: DON'T have a room on the side next to the huge office block!

From with the welcome we received at check-in from the very helpful and friendly receptionist Al, the amazingly spacious, comfortable, well-equipped rooms, the excellent service in the restaurant, to our check-out and departure - everything was perfect. Stayed here with some friends when we went to a concert in the nearby Academy and will definitely stay here again. The only thing budget about this hotel is the price. Much better service and standards than you see in higher priced hotels - across the board. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we had - without being "pushy" or overbearing. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thanks again, Premier Inn Leeds City Centre North!

Stayed here for one night with my girlfriend. We chose the place because of price and convenience, our expectation was that it would be functional but actualy it was brilliant. The staff looked after us without trying too hard and quality and cleanlyness of the hotel and bedroom could not be knocked.

Room Tip: Get a ticket for the parking at the merrion as it will save you a bundle for an over night stay.

I stayed here with my daughter and her friend while we were at Leeds festival. The hotel is very new and very clean and is directly over the road from the new arena which is being built so will be an ideal place to stay if seeing bands there once opened. It is about 10 mins walk from the train station. The hotel has a FREE left luggage facility which is ideal if you are like us and need to be somewhere before your check in time. The staff were really nice and friendly and even had bags for us to put our muddy wellies in on our return from festival. We had a family room and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a bath and a shower. Also if you didn't like your pillow they had a choice of soft or firm pillows in the room. I had the best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel! There was no noise from outside and also no noise from other guests. The breakfast was fantastic value especially as the 2 kids ate for free!! Also they now have hash browns on the menu which makes the breakfasts perfect!!
All in all we had a great stay and will definately be staying in the Premier Inn again!!

My Husband and I stayed here on the 22nd of August for one night, and were given a room overlooking the city. The room was spotless and the bed far too comfy!! The best of all though was the staff in the foyer. They couldn't do enough for us. If/when we go back to Leeds we'll stay here without a doubt!
