This is a small B&B type hotel in a rural location 5 minutes from the M1 and 20 minutes by car from Leeds city centre. The welcome was very friendly and I was quickly shown to a smallish but comfortable and cosy room at the side of the hotel a little away from the road which was quite busy until about 10pm and from 6am. I would imagine that rooms at the front would be a bit noisier if you have the window open but it wasn't too bad in Room 4.

The room itself was nice, lacking a desk and the wifi didn't seem to reach the room, both of which would be a pain if you need to work. Everything was clean and the room was well equipped (albeit with a tiny TV), the bed comfortable and with everything else you would expect.

The shower was ok, the pressure a bit low (but not too bad) with toiletries and fluffy towels in abundance.

Breakfast was great, plentiful, well cooked with lots of choice and great coffee. I don't think evening food is available "off the shelf" which means you have to go out

Overall very nice, I probably wouldn't stay again on business for the reasons above but I would for personal travel, it's good value too.

My husband and I spent one night here en route to London. As we were playing golf nearby the location was great. Our room was newly refurbished and a good size. Decor and furnishings were country farmhouse and very stylish. the television was small but adequate for the room size. The en suite had plenty of fluffy towels and toiletries with a good sized shower. A hairdryer was also provided which is a real bonus for us ladies. Carol, our host cooked a brilliant breakfast offering a range of choices. All in all we had a really pleasant stay and I would not hesitate in returning to this lovely little hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a refurbished room

What a find! So refreshing to discover a clean, stylish and well run establishment in this country after experiencing many 'B&B horrors' over the years. Bridge Farm Hotel is situated on a main road, and our room was on the front of the property. It was a very warm night, so we opened the window and the early morning traffic did wake us up, but that wasn't really a problem as our plans were to leave early anyway. I understand quieter rooms are available for anyone who thought this might be an issue. Carol is a genuinly lovely lady who can't do enough to make her guests happy. The room was large and had several nice touches that made us feel at home (we were two friends, sharing). It was spotlessly clean with an abundance of fluffy towels in the bathroom. We would definitely book there again as it was very convenient for our visit to Bramham Horse Trials.

This is a well run small hotel, more a B and B with a small bar. Rooms were small but clean and warm with every amenity. Bathrooms a little dated with low water pressure but again perfectly serviceable and very clean.

Good small sitting room with TV, mazazines etc. and a good dining room with a freshly cooked home breakfast.

For the money this was very affordable and efficient. Certainly a good place to stay in the future. It is a little out of Leeds so not convenient for City centre revelries but there again that can be very much a blessing.

Booked two nights to attend a family wedding. We were warmly greeeted by Carol and offered a choice of bedrooms on the first floor but due to mobility issues were unable to accept. This was no problem as there was a room across the courtyard, on the ground floor. Although small, it was nicely furnished, comfortable, and adequate for our short break. The comfortable lounge and dining areas are very tastefully decorated and breakfast was well presented and very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.

Room Tip: Hotel is situated on a very busy road, so front rooms may expect traffic noise. Request a quiet room...
