stayed here for one night en-rout to a 50th birthday party, the room was very clean with lovely bedding and a nice comfy bed, the owners were very friendly and offered to take us to our destination if we couldn't get a taxi
Lounge downstairs was lovely and clean with big comfy sofas and a nice little bar in the corner of the dining room to have a pre party drink
Breakfast was very good with good quality bacon and sausages and a very decent sized pot of tea
Would definitely stay here again, very good service and nice friendly people

Room Tip: if you have a problem with traffic noise ask for a room not on the road side

Stayed overnight with extended family including 6 month old baby.
Hotel was everything we hoped for and lived up to the previous good reviews on TripAdvisor. Yes there was a bit of traffic noise in the rooms in the morning and the en-suite bathroom was smallish, but this was more than outweighed by the friendly service, lovely residents lounge and great food. Everywhere was spotless. They thoughtfully provided a high chair for the baby (without us asking). As we had something to celebrate we had brought a bottle of champagne and the owner kindly provided glasses and wouldn't accept a corkage charge even though there is a small well stocked bar available in the hotel. Would like to thank Carol(?) very much for making our stay very enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed longer. If you want to stay somewhere near Leeds with a non-corporate and personal touch we would highly recommend Bridge Farm Hotel.

Stayed here overnight when taking son to uni. Very friendly, clean hotel. Lovely breakfast, convenient for Leeds and York. Tea making facilities in rooms, only letdown was poor flow from the shower. Would stay again.

We stayed for one night whilst settling our son into Uni. The B&B was well situated with good parking, we'll decorated and the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was on the side of the hotel next to the road, unfortunately this was a little noisy at times with passing vehicles during the very early hours of a Sunday morning. But Perhaps we just noticed it more as we live in a quiet cul de sac.

We stayed at Bridge Farm Hotel as we needed to be in the area early the following morning. Our rooms were impeccably decorated, spacious, well furnished, and with a decent en suite bathroom. Thought had been given to guests' needs which all seemed well catered for. Plenty of parking for the car. Great breakfast in the morning, which had been brought forward from the usual time to help us with our early appointment. All in all, a great find and very good value indeed. One tiny point, you have to keep your eyes open to spot the hotel as the signs are somewhat hidden behind ivy. It helps to take a look at a photo before travelling.

This is a small B&B type hotel in a rural location 5 minutes from the M1 and 20 minutes by car from Leeds city centre. The welcome was very friendly and I was quickly shown to a smallish but comfortable and cosy room at the side of the hotel a little away from the road which was quite busy until about 10pm and from 6am. I would imagine that rooms at the front would be a bit noisier if you have the window open but it wasn't too bad in Room 4.

The room itself was nice, lacking a desk and the wifi didn't seem to reach the room, both of which would be a pain if you need to work. Everything was clean and the room was well equipped (albeit with a tiny TV), the bed comfortable and with everything else you would expect.

The shower was ok, the pressure a bit low (but not too bad) with toiletries and fluffy towels in abundance.

Breakfast was great, plentiful, well cooked with lots of choice and great coffee. I don't think evening food is available "off the shelf" which means you have to go out

Overall very nice, I probably wouldn't stay again on business for the reasons above but I would for personal travel, it's good value too.
