Clean and tidy hotel room, good size bar-style restaurant on site with above average cold breakfast with sauages, eggs and baked beans plus a decent range of coffee. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Close to train station and not far the the city centre and the main campus of the University of Leeds. Best price is the advanced pre-pay rate available on the hotel website (accorhotels or ibis). Only downside is the lack of hotel-owned on site parking. Public car park across the road (4 lanes traffic without pedestrian crossing could be hazardous for family travellers). Public car park is free between 22:00 and 07:30 but the traffic warden does start working as soon as the clock turns 07:31. Also rooms on the lower levels facing the main city ring roads could be a bit noisy during rush hours.

Generally as always the hotel was good however I had the pleasure on this night of drunks from 2-4am and one got locked out of his shared room. As a result he slept naked in the hall and banged about every 15 minutes on the room door he wanted to get in. Not a great sleep....

Great, clean, friendly and good value for money. We booked a cot and it was there in the room ready. Tea, coffee facilities plus a good sized shower room made the short stay pleasant. Only thing is they don´t have a pay phone in reception.

This was my third stay at the LEEDS IIBIS , and it remains the best value venue for anovernight stay when collecting or delivering a son 9 or duaghter to/ from university).
The room was very warm and very clean. with an an " ensuite pod". Nothing is luxury but at £39 I just needed a clean , safe place to stay.
Ample overnight parking across a fairly hazardous roundabout at £2 from 1730 to 0730
Easy walking distance of the city centre
Staff are pleasant, helpful and courteous.
Great value for money
