To say our stay here was good is an understatement! It was truly fabulous! The rooms were kept spotless, perfect on arrival. Getting checked in was swift. The desk staff were super helpful and very accommodating to our needs. For what you pay it's really fantastic.
We were on the 9th floor, and it was amazingly quiet. The shower was lovely and specious, and the toilets are instant and constant till you release the button...a very good system!
There is a great desk and a really nice seating ledge...I spent most of my time relaxing on it. The bedside lamps are wonderful too, dual brightness switch. The beds are amazing too, the memory foam toppers make for a blissful nights sleep.

I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that delt with us.

As our very first stay for 3 nights in a hotel, this has been super special and we will be coming back!

A really nice at a good price.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bed was probably the best I have had in a hotel with nice plump pillows. The shower was good with good pressure and hot water.
Check in was great at 12pm with a nice late check out also at 12pm
On the down side the breakfast was a little pricey @£7.50 and had been left out too long but on the plus side it was an all you can eat.

I have shared you comments with my food & beverage team as the breakfast should not have been presented as you described. Stayed here for 2 nights in November and would certainly stay again.
We found all the staff attentive and friendly, check in was easy and quick. Our room was on the 12th floor, but the lifts were fast and quiet.

The view across Leeds was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable with a 'superking' size bed which was very comfortable.

The shower was lovely and large with plenty of hot water at every time of day.

The only small thing I felt could be improved on was the towels, they were very small, rather think, rough and smelt of vinegar!

But this wouldn't stop me looking into booking again - we visit Leeds every November and this stay easily matched the rather more expensive Hilton.

Room Tip: The rooms at the top offer a lovely view across the city.

We stayed here over the weekend of October 27th/28th for 3 nights as part of a group of +30 visiting musicians and we were really well looked after and found the staff lovely, the hotel clean and location great as Leeds city centre is only 10 minutes walk away. We have often stayed in hotels in the Accor group and are rarely dissapointed but this was honestly better than ANY Ibis hotel I have ever stayed in!

Our room was on the 11th floor and was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable. Heating a/c ventillation worked perfectly. The signs said full brekfast available from 8 to 10am and continental brekfast available outside these times 6am to 8am and 10am to 12Pm but we found that full brekfast was available right up until 12pm! The Hotel also has a restaurant and bar which is fine reasonably priced and we eat here for two nights. Theres a TGI Friday across the road but is usually busy so get there early.

Staff were really nice and pandered to our every whim and were able to muster up some late night snacks when required! Wifi and wired internet is available in the rooms but is extra. A little bit expensive in my opinion but I use a 3g dongle so it didnt bother me.

All in all a lovely stay in a lovely city and everyone in our group of over 30 felt the same.

Room Tip: Rooms on the top floors 11th and 12th should enjoy great views across the city but ask for a room on...

I recently stayed in this Ibis hotel with my partner. We checked in and although I didn't exactly love the mobile home style bedroom & bathroom I was fully aware I was In a 2 star hotel so you get what you pay for. What I did not expect was small black hairs all over the bottom of the shower & longer black hair in my folded 'clean' towels. When I then asked reception to come clean in... I waited almost two hours before cleaning it myself as I was in a rush out, then to have reception/cleaner knock I the door to clean it and I explained I cleaned it myself she said 'sorry but were very busy' . To then top off my stay I can the cleaner knock and sour in my room at 9.05 am both mornings!! Never again will I stay here.

Dear Guest
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. Please be assured that this is not the standard that we pride ourselves on at Ibis Leeds Centre as you can see from some of our previous reviews. I will ensure that I share your feedback with my team especially my Housekeeping Team as it seems like this room was over looked during our final cleanliness checks. Please accept my sincere apologies
