3 friends stayed here on saturday night 26th july 2014.
great sized rooms, double and single beds. spacious bathroom.
20 mins walk to town centre.. which we didn't mind, or you can get buses close by.
fantastic weekend in leeds,
we parked our car before check-in and went into town, and later checked-in..
we left the car on the sunday even after check-out till about half 4. which i think was VERY reasonable because we'd have had to pay parking somewhere else.
polite hotel reception man.
would recommend :)

Room Tip: we was on the downstairs room, a few movements noises but you hear that anywhere don't u! so great location.

My daughter and I stayed here at the weekend and we had no complaints. We were taken to our room which was on the top floor, the owner was nice and helpful and carried our suitcase. The room was a decent size with a large shower room/toilet, it was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and tv. Decor is a little tired but for the price we paid and the room was clean so I was more then happy. The breakfast was lovely. Location is great and a short distance to the town centre, we took a nice stroll which took 20 minutes but if needs be could be done in a shorter time. Although it is situated on a main road this was not a problem as we didn't hear any noise. If we returned to leeds we would definitely stay here again.

Very basic hotel but fairly cheap. Only has a few dedicated parking spaces. One of the sheets in the room had a stain on it however, so wouldn't stay here again. Location not too bad, next to busy road but fairly near the centre.

We stayed last night when visiting a near by nightclub. It was basic but clean, friendly and comfortable. It was a fifteen minute walk to town and only 5 mins from Beaverworks and it was easy to find. Not many parking spaces but that was only negative. We will definitely visit again.

A comfortable room with satisfactory en-suite facilities for an excellent price. Fair breakfast offering. Brookfield 'does what it says on the tin'. Being close to the city-centre, inevitably it's near a main road, so traffic noise is unavoidable - it must be well insulated though; the noise, when I visited, was a low-level hum.
