We selected the hotel for an overnight stay to visit Salisbury College with our daughter, so needed a family room.
The girl on reception was very friendly and our large room was ready for us.
It was obvious as we arrived that the hotel has a 'sports bar' feel to it as we saw about 5 television screens showing football. The website does warn you about weekend noise so that was fine. Our stay was a monday night.
The room has a ceiling fan and no AC but agin this was fine as it was mentioned pre-booking.
For the standard of the room, everything worked and was fine.
There was some early road noise but this was the brewery delivering beer, so fully expected.
The location is central and ideal although parking needs to be planned ahead.
Breakfast was fine for the type of hotel.More
