My husband popped in last week with some friends for a drink and commented to about how nice the menu looked and that we should eat there soon. We decided to go in on Sunday morning for breakfast and I have to say it was amazing. I am not the biggest fan of having a cooked breakfast out as they are often greasy and conjealed. However this couldn't have been more different. It was freshly cooked, really tasty and not in the slightest bit greasy or conjealed, and at £4.95 an absolute bargin. I cant wait to go back for breakfast and I am also looking forward to getting around to trying their lunch menu as this also looked delicious.

I have know this restaurant for about 10 years and its past has been chequered to say the least! My husband and I popped in for a quick drink this afternoon having noticed that it was (again)under new management. What a difference a year makes! The place has been spruced up and looks as clean and shiny as a new pin. Sitting by the river is always a joy. The staff were friendly and very efficient, especially the lovely Bea!
Good to see it is in safe hands again and we very much look forward to the opening of the brasserie upstairs in a couple of weeks.
Just what Salisbury is crying out for and the very best of luck to you all. x

What a fab place this is,,cheaper beer than Weatherspoons,,,pretty good food,,great friendly staff,,and Nobby the boss is pretty cool guy,,offering upgrade on drinks if cheaper option has run out. Not the busiest place due to the vast number of pubs in the city,,but does some good nights,,Kareoke on Saturdays,,open mike on wednesdays,,and Gay night on Thurs,,this has become my new local !!!!
Great location on the river also, Located in the car park behing castle street.
