We juist hopped into Bill's for dinner, place enough. We ordered a fishpie and a duckpie. Both had a thick cover of potatomash, but where was the fish, and has a duck so little meat.... And the advertised vegetables in the pie had they jumped out? We were very disappointed. So we eat our way and asked for the bill. There was an 'suggestion' for a tip for 10%, and the amount including the tip was in bold and big notes, not the amount of the menu's. I don't like that at all.
To say it's terrible is to negative. But it's not worth the price, which is not cheap.

We went her with our children last night and had a great meal! Reasonably priced, great friendly service and lovely surroundings.

At first I really enjoyed Bill's. It was new, exciting and good value for money.,......

Now it is just another chain. Mediocre food, service and very, very overpriced. I had the Chicken off the grill menu. It was supposed to be spicy with coriander and sweet potato fries. It came with normal fries, no coriander and no spice. Franklly, I've had better from KFC. But then again nobody really cares ..,,,,

We went for a drink here late afternoon and although the beer selection was limited, enjoyed the outside area, nice setting. Then back for dinner indoors in the evening - well set up again, scrubbed tables, rustic décor. However, a disappointing menu selection that lacked imagination, a calamari starter that looked like it had come from the cheap range of a supermarket. The rest of what we had was okay but not blow you away stuff and what with the below average house wine, it was not a great experience. Staff friendly enough. Needs a shake up in the kitchen and then would be a good night out.

The food was delicious with an interesting selection of drinks. Staff were friendly and funny. Great atmosphere and decor and you can buy some great Bills products!!
