Very nice location, service is good but the building needs better internal sound proofing. Flooring needs to be looked at. The staff informed me that they have passed this info on from previous guests up the chain of command but nothing has been done
Also no Toilet Brush.. Rather embarrassing

Fabulous accommodation with friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. Handy location with easy access to Salisbury using nearby park n ride... We walked to the park n ride. The Table Table restaurant which was next door offered a varied selection of great tasting food.

Spent one night here with our child over Easter. It delivered everything it promised, we had a great nights sleep in a quiet clean room, breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have dinner. I would stay again next time as I could not fault a thing with the stay and it was great value for money.

We staying in one of the ground floor family rooms and whilst the room was clean and modern, every footstep from the room above caused the light fittings to rattle loudly. Unfortunately, we only discovered this at 2am when the room above became occupied. They were probably noisier than they should of been, however the poor sound proofing certainly didn't help.

Thankfully we were refunded by their "Good night sleep guarantee" and the staff were very apologetic.

We ate breakfast at the restaurant next door which was great and good value for money.

I did note that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, and I did have to leave a window open overnight to prevent the room becoming stuffy - and this was in April. I suspect during the summer months heat would be an issue.

Other than the noise, everything else was great.

Arrived just after 2pm with hubby and 2 kids (10 & 8), very friendly welcome from young girl on reception and she even helped us store our 4 bikes in the laundry room! Only staying 1 night, very near Stonehenge and a quick drive into Salisbury to enjoy the local sights. Room as expected..double bed, single and a pull out. Flatscreen tv, we could access wifi and cleanliness of room, bathroom and most importantly bedlinen excellent!! Now into Dinner...firstly, no blame at all to the waiting in staff, run off their feet but the quality of food and time to wait between starter and main (over an hour) terrible!! Real shame, not sure if it's a disorganised kitchen, management or calibre if chefs!?! Breakfast however, couldn't fault! Maybe a little slow but in comparison to the night before warp speed :-) Overall, hotel itself really good, would perhaps stay here again but just skip dinner! and thanks once again to young girl on reception. (Sorry couldn't remember your name)

Premier Inn Salisbury was very good. Lovely big well appointed rooms, ours had a sofa as well as a bed and it was one of their newer hotels with a big flat screen TV. Hotel is in a quiet area and we had a very restful two day visit. Its close to Salisbury and we were able to visit Stonehenge easily. Large car with lots of space to park. A good place to stay. The only downside was the Table Table restaurant next door. Breakfast wasn't up to usual Premier Inn standards. We have the continental option and the frozen croissants weren't cooked in the middle. In spite of pointing this out to staff they weren't interested- told us this was how they came. This wouldn't be a problem for most people as there was plenty of bread for toast and cakes and most people were having the cooked breakfast too. However if you just want fruit and croissants not good value for money. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel. Hope our breakfast experience was a one off.
