Had weekend here with family
Rooms were clean with comfy beds but no air con which meant they were too hot even with the supplied fans
Friendly staff that seemed to want to help and nice restaurant attatched

Great venue for visiting Salisbury. 10 mins by car to the city centre. Great value for money. Good breakfasts. Garage across the road handy for newspapers etc. Good location for a base to visit the surrounding areas.

Great as usual. Easy to find and within easy reach of town centre. Nice pub attached for an early evening drink outside, but not too noisey later on at night. Quiet room policy seems to be working as very quiet after 10pm which suited us perfectly

Had 2 nights at the Salisbury Premier Inn and can only say what a great time we had!
Rooms very clean and towels and sheets whiter than white. Such good value too. We arrived early as we were going to a wedding and needed to get changed. We waited no more than 10 minutes and were shown to our room. Breakfast was very good value for money even though we thought we had paid for it in advance on line! All the staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. As we were on the ground floor, we did hear the people above stamping around but that is not a fault with the hotel, just other guests not being particular considerate.

Room Tip: All the rooms are well positioned

We have just stayed here for 2 nights while attending a family wedding. We arrived on a Friday night after a long drive, however check in was easy enough after a somewhat bit of delay due to only being one receptionist on the phone dealing with a customer at the time of our check in. We waited a good 15mins or so however the girl did acknowledge us so it was a matter of just waiting.
Plenty of car park space and on the edge of town with just a 5/10min drive into the city centre. Think also there is a main bus stop not to far from the hotel into the town to.

We were placed in a quite room, however seemed like a bit of a trek to get to it, finally we found our room but the room was very very warm (no air conditioning), but only 2 fans on full speed, which of course just circulates the warm air around. The room was okay nothing flash but clean but its a premier inn after all, the bathroom is basic (toilet tissue dispenser instead of a roll) (felt like I was back at school), but overall all okay, but the only thing let it down was the room was just to hot, surely even for a basic hotel air con should be fitted after all its 2014 now?.

We did use the restaurant next door for a drink on a night time plus for the full cooked breakfast for the morning, again staff very freindly and on the ball. I did find it funny that the waiter and waitress if getting a cooked breakfast ask you know how many rashers of bacon do you want and how many sausages etc etc I felt the next question was "how many baked beans do you want" but still its all about cut backs and profit for budget hotels such as these chains I suppose.
We have stayed in many hotels, the breakfast does need improving a but and also the coffee!

Overall its not the Hilton but okay for an odd nights stay to see the city I suppose and okay for a budget hotel.

Having stayed at this Premier Inn on quite a few occasions and being near to the Crematorium, wanted to stay there for one night ie July 8th, for an early funeral the next day. Alas we couldn't stay there that night, no vacancies, but had we wanted to stay 2 night.... yes there were vacancies. This to me is very poor Customer Service and just shows the sheer greed of the company.
