Spent three nights here on family trip too see Garter Ceremony at Windsor Castle. Rooms were clean and comfortable , food excellent and the staff were a great asset to the company.Have stayed in many hotels in Heathrow/Staines/Windsor area on business over past years but this has to be the best value for money by far and the just as important the most friendly.

Four of us stayed at this Inn on 13 June for one night as we were going on a river trip from Windsor that evening. Very good stay, thank you, and such value considering the area! Only problem we had was actually finding the entrance to the car park! Saw the Toby Carvery and drove straight past, round the block and back again. Just a wee suggestion but perhaps a larger sign for the Lodge would be very handy for those of us in heavy traffic driving along! Many thanks and would stay again.

Room Tip: Perhaps stay on first floor rather than the ground floor so windows could be open on a warm night.

I had an excellent night here last night. The food at the Toby Carvery was spot on, the staff were courteous, the rooms were spacious clean quiet and comfy and above all I got the room for about £70 where most other hotels are £100 + in the area. I will definately return.

Stayed here with a group of friends- we had 6 rooms and we were all pleased with the comfort and cleanliness. The staff were without fail helpful and friendly and made our stay very peasant. They don't operate a table booking system but went the extra mile on the Saturday evening to ensure that we could sit together. There can be no doubt that the carvery meal is superb value and we all enjoyed it. The continental breakfast included in the B &B price was fine and at just£3.99 the hot breakfast was also good value.
The bus stops right outside the hotel were ideal for getting in and out of Windsor tho the last bus did seem to be 21.15 so no good if you wanted a late meal but I guess a taxi wouldn't break the bank. Definitely excellent value for a visit to Windsor and surroundings.

Room Tip: Rooms are all affected by the Heathrow flight path but with window closed not a problem and even wit...

Staff friendly and helpful, especially waitress Lynne who was lovely. Stayed here to visit Windsor Horse Show 10 minutes up the road. Satisfactory three star accommodation, peaceful and with a great shower. Old Windsor area a bit scruffy but short bus ride gets you into Windsor itself which is beautiful. Great place to stay if you want to save your money for extortionate London price tickets! Only negative,a continental breakfast should include meat and cheeses, not just cereal and toast which you have at home every day. Improvement here could lead to 4 star rating.

We arrived early afternoon and found the manager to be very friendly and amenable and helpful. Whilst we were unable to get into our rooms until 3pm, he gave us the key and asked us to come back later having shown us where the room was and how to access the building after hours etc.
The room was adequate, maybe a little tired but comfortable and clean enough.
There is a carvery restaurant on site which at lunch time (on a Tuesday) was very busy and whilst we didn't have any of the food it looked very good and was very reasonably priced. For our evening meal we didn't really fancy a carvery meal so opted to go to the local Harvester which was a couple of miles down the road though to be fair there are a couple of small eateries just around the corner behind the Inkeepers Lodge along with a couple of small supermarkets.

We had booked breakfast which comprised a good continental and full English which was more than adequately priced and definitely worth having at less than £5 per head.

Location is great for Heathrow Airport and also Windsor itself is only 2 miles away and would certainly consider staying here again.

We spent the first night of our UK holiday at Innkeepers Lodge after a long fright from. Australia. Being so close to Heathrow was the reason we chose Windsor and we were glad we did. If you're looking for fancy, modern accommodation this isn't the place for you but it was clean and comfortable, had plenty of parking, food available until 9pm and was within walking distance from Windsor Castle. The continental breakfast the next morning was good, you need to pay for a full English breakfast.
