I booked this room on Laterooms.com - I was appointed a room on the ground floor which was disappointing. Havign read the reviewes I was very much lookign forward to this hotel - however ifyou end up on ground floor I think you will be disappointed and it is probably worth paying more for an exec room which was out of my weekend budget. Location is great - easy to go into town and leave the car in the car park. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was very small and quite pokey - bathroom was very small and although the bed was comfotable we felt like we were staying in a dark corner of the hotel. The air con was a good benefit although it made a noise all night as if a jacuzzi was on int he room upsatirs. Breakfast (non buffet) was very good! buffet breakfast on the sunday was ok.........
Anyway, if you can get a room up the stairs I would recommend the hotel as it is clean, convenient and friendly.
