We stayed one night with our two children aged 5 and 7. We had fun, we appreciated the swift check in and access to the park. Was not aware it open 30 minutes earlier for guests though - I think this should be made clear. We had a adventure themed room which was lovely. would have liked that the separated sleeping area for children was separated by a door too but it was still better than a regular family room. Staff was friendly we had no issues during our stay. kids enjoyed the evening entertainment in front of the restaurant and gosh did they like they little treasure hunt in the room!
Couple of things- I was surprised the Bricks restaurant was a buffet. The choice was wide, the quality ok. same for breakfast. The bed was just awful though! way too soft!

Room Tip: A themed room was lovely. Views on the park are probably better than the road but be aware you see t...

Well this is our third stay at this hotel but this time have done five nights, big mistake. Yes through the eyes of a child it's all lovely, Lego everywhere, themed rooms, entertainment, outside play area fantastic what more can you ask for. Well as an adult here goes, in the positive great to see the kids happy however you get what you pay for or do you? Children's entertainment yes first night fine, however we are in our forth night and it is exactly the same word for word each night, even haven have seven days before they repeat it again and it's half the price, the drinks at the bar while your watching the repeat entertainment, kids are happy I will have a wine, £6.50 per glass, maybe will be more economically to buy a bottle, yes sure £18.95 with a glass nothing to put the wine in to keep it chilled just bottle and glass, ok lemonade for the children £2.60 for a pint, my children are six and eight it's a bit big could I have one with two of the paper cups you have at the back, oh no we are not allowed to do that, so that's £5.20 for two lemonades and they leave most of it. Ok so the rooms are thence but the beds are the so bad not a patch on the travel lodge. In conclusion one night is enough.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and provide us with your feedback. Most of our guests stay at the hotel for 1 or 2 nights which is why the evening show stays the same. However, we do appreciate how this is disappointing for those guests that choose to have a longer stay. We will ensure that this feedback is passed on to our Entertainments team for further review. We will also ensure that your comments regarding our prices in Skyline Bar are passed on to the Food and Beverage team.

We do hope that we can welcome you back to the resort in the future.

Thanks,
The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort team.

This place is great I think as a parent I got as much out of this hotel as the kids. The rooms are brilliant with great attention to detail. Being able to get into the park early is such a bonus. Like some other reviews I agree bricks restaurant is not the cheapest but I am here for my kids enjoyment, they love it being able to serve themselves, and I thought the food quality to be above average, you do get free soft drinks in the set price too which is good. One last note the staff in both the hotel and park are fantastic, so hepful and polite and the the best bit was they seemed genuine no plastic smiles here.

we stayed for just one night in a pirate themed room. we had two days for the park. From the moment we arrived the magic began. The outside of hotel is very colourful with a dragon breathing 'smoke' over our heads. In the foyer there are lego sculptures and an area for the children to make their own creations and even build around the pillar. we ate in the restaurant which is an all you can eat buffet style with plenty of choice. The food itself wasn't great. the icecream machine proved a popular part of restaurant. The bedroom was amazing. treasure hunt to get code for lego gift in safety deposit box was fun challenge. Children had own tv in their section with their bunkbeds. lovely airconditioned room. the elevators 'talk' to you, the toilets mirror in hotel 'talk' to you! you need your room card to gain entrance to elevators and stairwells - good security. the park itself with its own hotel entrance is open to guests half an hour before general public so gives you head start before queues. Huge park with big variety of rides and attractions. We had girl, 4, and boy, 8, so they could go on most things together with us parents. the rides are short lived and the queues keep moving as a result. Fantastic fun at splash and slide area. Wear swim togs under clothes. in fact throughout the whole park be prepared to get wet at some stage! Fantastic fun. Indoor pool in hotel. Outdoor playground too. Best fun we had together so far. Would love to come back before kids outgrow as targeted at under tens for the most part, but saying that as adults we had a ball!!

Room Tip: kingdom rooms on same floor as restaurants etc. pirate rooms floor above and adventure rooms on top...

I took my 3 kids to stay at this hotel for a 3 night stay. It is certainly not cheap but the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are great fun - we had a Premium Kingdom Room. Access to the park is easy and you get in 30 minutes early which is very helpful. There where however a couple of things that let the hotel with a 4* rating down. The food at The Bricks Restaurant was dismal. We decided after our first day in the park that we were tired and would eat in and the kids chose Bricks. By the time we had tried to eat the tasteless, overcooked offerings the kids who are good eaters were begging to eat out the next night. We ended up the next night in Windsor at Browns and had a fantastic night that cost less than the previous night. Secondly the king bed in our room was dreadful, I have slept in better Travelodge beds. The bed dipped badly on both sides and had a mini mountain in the middle. This was mentioned to the staff, but I got very little response.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We're pleased to hear that you had a great stay at the resort overall. However, we're sorry to hear if this was let down somewhat by our food offering. We take pride in offering a wide range food options to a high standard. Thanks again for the feedback and we hope to welcome you back to the resort in the future.

We arrived on a Friday and was able to do a precheck in which enabled us to access the hotel facilities. This was great as the heavens opened and it was thundering, we ate in the skyline bar whilst it rained and thankfully lots of people left the park. As we have a son with autism we had a ride access pass which was a must for parents who have a child with autism as it cut down queuing to a manageable level. The staff were friendly and the hotel was beautifully decorated. We had great fun but on our second day we left early as our son became overwhelmed with the volume of people, without the room as we had an overnight stay and check out is at 10am there wasn't really the ability to decompress and escape from the crowds. So if I had one suggestion it would be an area that people with sensory issues could escape to, to allow them to stay longer. But that would be my only suggestion to make it more autism family friendly. A stay in the hotel is well worth the money and we shall be returning . Thank you lego land for a wonderful stay.

Room Tip: We had a standard kingdom theme room and had a four poster bed whilst the kids had the own castle th...

Been to euro disney a few times and Legoland hotel/ resort is better and cheaper! The hotel is fab, the staff friendly and the park has loads to offer. We had a few issues ( small things really) but they recovered the situation very well. Even bent over backwards to sort out a birthday celebration for our son.
