Very comfortable and peaceful two nights here. We chose it partly by your reviews and the fact that an English breakfast is served which was delicious, with fruit, cereal and cooked. Caroline was a delight and gave us a map of Windsor. The room was spotless with lovely bed linen. The bus stop to Windsor about 2 mins walk away and about 5 minutes travel. Much easier than the expensive car parks in Windsor town centre. We would certainly return there.

We had a lovely one nights stay in Windsor at Caroline's warm and cosy B&B, recommended by a friend staying here previously. It exceeded our expectations, as Caroline was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating... she even let us have our lovely breakfast in bed.
The rooms were very neat and clean, the bathrooms spacious and full of amenities.

Perfect for a weekend stay in Windsor! We would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for one night at this beautiful guest house. Caroline and Drew are both lovely, the guest house was clean, welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed our lovely night. Breakfast was delicious I have never put a recommendation up on trip advisor before but I cannot recommend this lovely guest house enough.

We had a 2 night stay with my son, it was a mix of business and pleasure and what an excellent decision it was to choose Park Farm. Caroline made us so very welcome. She is a mine of information, and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Breakfast was heavenly. To the rooms, they were spotless and comfortable, a great tea/coffee tray and lovely toiletries in the bathroom.

To be honest these words dont do it justice, you need to stay here and experience how a B&B should be run!

My last word is Benson - you are just gorgeous and I wanted to take you home (he has the most soft velvety ears and eyes that make you melt (N0 not Carolines husband, their lovely Lab!)

I cannot fault our 7 night stay at Park Farm Bed & Breakfast. From the warm welcome on arrival, attentive service throughout and delicious and plentiful breakfasts, it was all I hoped for and more.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a good supply of tea and coffee for early morning drinks in bed and nice toiletries in the bathroom. There was also a book filled with useful information about things to do/places to visit locally.
Park Farm is within reasonable walking distance of the town centre (about 25 minutes) and the beautiful Long Walk to Windsor Castle. Otherwise there was an excellent, and reasonable, local taxi service. Caroline had plenty of tips and advice whenever we had a question.
I liked the fact that there was a fridge and microwave on the landing for guests use. Nothing was too much trouble to help with or sort out - Caroline took our holiday washing to her local laundry and just added the cost to the bill.
I hope to go back soon!

Room Tip: We stayed in the 'Long Walk' which was, as the name suggests, the furthest to reach room ups...

This was my second stay and again simply perfect. The rooms, welcome, parking, breakfast all perfect with a great location.

The big hotel chains would learn a lot from this 'b&b' in terms of comfort, cleanliness and warms.

The little things make the difference and this includes the toiletries and sweats left on the bed.

Park Farm is now my regular 'home away from home' when I am required to stay over in Windsor. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfasts is exceptional, Caroline is the consumate host and the prices are more than reasonable.
Have even stayed here recently with my wife after a London trip - can't rate highly enough.
