The turquoise room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and recently updated. We had a beautiful view outside our large windows. Although we only stayed one night, it was perfect for what we needed. It was a short walk to High Street, and it had off street parking for our car. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was beautiful. There's also a conservatory with a glass ceiling. I spent a relaxing hour in it at night watching a storm and reading.

Room Tip: Ask about the view.

This makes an excellent place to stay if you are walking the Cotswold Way.The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and quiet;the hosts are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.Of particular benefit to weekend walkers is that they were prepared to take bookings for one night stays whereas almost everywhere else in Broadway seemed to insist on a two night booking-which is useless if you are walking a long-distance footpath.Highly recommended

We arrived on Saturday lunch time for a two night stay at Hadley House to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We were greeted and welcomed to the property and immediately shown our room which was on the ground floor near the front door. The room was furnished and decorated beautifully and was spotlessley clean. The en-suite was a really good size and the warm towel rail was lovely. We were shown the dining room and the lovely conservatory and also a delightful garden in which to sit if we so desired. We were also shown where to knock if we needed anything at all from our hosts. After a good nights sleep we had a very good breakfast. There was a selection of fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juices, jams and marmalades with which to help ourselves and a full english( which was cooked to order) so was piping hot when it arrived and was very tasty. The property is perfect for a walk into the beautiful village just two minutes and you are on the main street. Such a picturesque area you will delight in the sights to be seen. There are many places to visit too within a few miles of Broadway.
All in all I would recommend this little b and b as the perfect base to visit the area.

We have twice now stayed at Hadley House and each time we have found the hosts have gone out of their way to make our stay very welcoming. The accommodation is of high quality and spotless with a wonderful furniture and quality finishing.

The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and freshly prepared cooked breakfast.

We would have no problem recommending this to other travelers.

This was supposed to be a dog friendly B&B but when we arrived, the owner lectured us on the doorstep (with some of us still outside) about his dog rules like a headmaster - and the dog we had with us hadn't even done anything.

Later we asked if we could put some food in their fridge - they were of course entitled to say No and could have done so politely. The owner did allow us to do that, to be fair, but only after grumbling: "Guests have to realise that B&B owners have lives too, you know"

His manner was a real shame as the decor and facilities were lovely, as was breakfast. But those are not enough to let you treat your guests in this manner. I would say that if you don't like dogs or people, you shouldn't be in the B&B business.

Hadley House is located just off the the gorgeous High Street and a few paces away from the bus stop which took us to and from Moreton-in-Marsh. Lovely home, and good sized bedroom (twin suite) facing the peaceful road. Duncan greeted us and showed us all the house and room amenities, gave us dining and sight seeing recommendations and was throughout very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very nice and plentiful with a lovely selection of fruits, yogurts and cereals and a full English. Be sure to visit 'Tisanes Tea Rooms' located on the high street for the best scones you've ever tasted and 'Crown and Trumpet' for an evening of jazz in a very authentic English pub.

We will definitely book Hadley House again when we're next in the Cotswolds!
