“Sunday Lunch 2nd to None”
Reviewed 6 January 2014

Fantastic 3 course lunch on Sunday for circa £21.00 pp. The quality of food was fantastic. Our party consisted of 9, we were all served each course promptly and with an elegant ease.
Service and friendliness of staff was exceptional.

Returned for a bar meal three days later, the standard was also very high, the quality of produce being a particular plus point.

Well Done! Keep it up!

N.B. I am local to Broadway so did not stay in the hotel.

We stayed in the lovely village of Broadway for 3 nights over Christmas but thank goodness, not at this hotel. We booked Christmas Dinner some two months beforehand and looked forward to our visit. However, unfortunately the dinner itself was very disappointing. Our starters were ok, but the meal went downhill after that, with our main courses of turkey looking as though they had been sliced with a potato peeler, the breast meat being so thin I actually thought the meat was the skin. The vegetables were inedible as they had not been cooked sufficiently and we could not get our forks into the sprouts, so we asked for some more. The second dish of vegetables were exactly like the first, we were not alone in this complaint, the two tables at the side of us also sent their veg back. After having paid £160 in advance for the two of us we felt we had been fleeced. We will not be returning.

Having studied the menu during the day we decided to come here for a pub dinner as we had had pretty average fayre in the the local town of Chipping Camden. The staff were very welcoming, the atmosphere great and the food superb, and excellent value. Unfortunately this is the last night of our short break so we can't come again for a while however we would definitely recommend this establishment and next time we are on the Cotswolds we will return.

We had a brilliant NYE at the broadway hotel, fantastic food, service & entertainment. Well done guys looking forward to 2014. Lots of choice on the menu for all taste, drinks were sensible prices for broadway & not hiked up for NYE. Everyone made such an effort to make sure we all had a great night.

Called in for Sunday lunch as was not disappointed. Lovely roast beef, could not fault it. Plenty of other people enjoying a relaxing lunch. All the food being brought out looked good! Will visit again.

Booked 2 rooms in mid December. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Lovely full English breakfast & nice selection at buffet table. Broadway is a lovely village & great base for walks in Cotswolds. Looking forward to booking another trip here.

Booked two rooms very easily online and a table for four in the restaurant and had almost instant confirmation. Arrived on a very blowy and wet night and parked up with no problem. We were given a very warm welcome by reception and were quickly shown to our rooms which were clean and well appointed. We had a couple of drinks in the bar before dinner before being shown to our table, at all times we received very good service in the restaurant and we all enjoyed our meals, we all had starters, mains and deserts, two bottles of wine and three glasses of port and I was quite surprised to pay only £50 per head which I thought was very good value, we then finished our evening with another couple of drinks in the bar before retiring to bed.
We found the room very comfortable however our sleep was disturbed by the howling wind and lashing rain. Next morning we all had a very good breakfast before settling the bill and agreeing that we had a very enjoyable evening.
