We stayed at the Dormy House over the first weekend of November. We were a group of 15 friends who have weekended at many Cotswold hotels over the years. We had a wonderful time here - definitely one of our best! The whole booking and confirmation process went smoothly, despite some changes prior to the weekend. Then, at check-in, one couple in our group wanted their room changed - this was done with courtesy and absolutely no fuss. The suites were contemporary in decor, extremely comfy, with superb bathrooms and great lighting systems. The food and wine throughout the weekend were superb, the service was highly professional and friendly, and we were provided with detailed maps for our long Saturday walk. And the price was really good value for money too. We can highly recommend the Dormy House.

Just home from a most delightful stay. A friendly welcome by reception staff upon arrival, a warm, cosy room and the most attentive, well-placed restaurant service from Seamus. Attention to detail, whether it be the provision of the melba toast at dinner, highly polished door furniture or the deftly placed Telegraph outside the room. (so's not to wake) It was all noticed and appreciated. Thank you all very much indeed. We'll most certainly return, soon. Steve & Diane R, N Yorkshire.

Just stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary, a really excellent hotel which is very classy but in no way stuffy. all the staff are really welcoming and friendly , especially the waiting staff who are perfect. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel generally has a relaxed feel about it. Would thoroughly recommend to any one wanting to get away from it all.

Stayed here for a week for work... not the usual business hotel.
It's a lovely little hotel - of the old style, log fires, big armchairs. Wish I'd been there for the winter snow :-)
The staff here are amazing - I was ill during the week and they were lovely to me.
The bed was comfy, and the rooms nicely decorated. Some might call them old fashioned but they were in keeping with the building so it was lovely.
The food here is exceptional - and great value. Good quality, not too fussy and a nice variety on offer.

It's a bit outside of Broadway itself so you need a car to come here - but going for a walk in the morning and seeing the mist coming up off the hills was a highlight for me.

There is wifi in the hotel but it is pretty weak in some of the rooms which was a shame.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dormy House. The service from every member of staff was great. So helpful and efficent, with a smile. Nothing was to much trouble. We had a unforgettable meal in the 'dining room'. Breakfast was also good, very filling! Around the hotel are lovely cosy nooks to sit and relax. Our room was slightly on the small side although beautifully furnished.
