Worthy recipient of its 'Trip Advisory Excellence' award over recent years. The food is first-class. As a couple, we had home-made mushroom and chive quiche with new potatoes and salad; and the brie, freshly cooked bacon and cranberry sandwich on granary. Delicious.

Stopped for a meal break on the way to Oxford. Literally parked outside and there it was
Ordered fish cakes and a toastie. Both superb can't fault the taste or presentation. The gentleman on waiting duties was very pleasant and even advised me on the blend of tea to try. No teabags here! Just a charming place which we found by accident

Nice little restaurant to have breakfast if in the village, good selection and it isn't,t fried and the tea is excellent.

We stopped in for a hot drink and cake this afternoon. The coffee is tasty and the coffee and pecan cake is yummy. My wife chose peppermint tea and chocolate fudge cake and reported both to be great. The cakes are fresh, moist and tasty.

Will certainly visit again.

Popped in for a quick spot of lunch during a visit to Broadway. We squeezed into the last table and were served quickly. The sandwiches were tasty and filled generously, staff friendly. All the cakes are on display on a table for you to browse and we chose the victoria sponge which was so light and fluffy. Yum!
