Lovely little B&B, just the one room and you have your own private sitting room which is great - especially getting home late to find the fire on for us, and tea/coffee making bits plus sweeties, lovely touch!

Hosts Martin and Linda are delightful, and they have set up a lovely place that is very comfortable, clean and stylish. Location is perfect too, just a few minutes walk to the main high street with shops, pubs, restaurants. Parking on site as well.

Highly recommended!

We stayed at Room at 24 and this is one of the nicest B & B we have stayed in, The room was lovely the bathroom was spacious and we had the use of our own sitting room/breakfast room. Linda and Martin are the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Will certainly be back to stay when we are next in the area. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Room 24 so much that we stayed an extra night. Linda and Martin are just wonderful - warm, informative - a wonderful balance of being so very helpful, but giving us space. Told them we intended to bring 'home' a bottle of wine one night and make a bit of a picnic in the sitting room and we arrived to find the fire lit, wine opener, plates and everything else we could want set out for us. Breakfast was super every day and the room and en suite bathroom seem like they are brand new - super clean and very well kept. We hope to return soon! Parking spot on their property and a 5 minute walk into town where you can find numerous dining options.

We are a young couple and loved our stay. The room, for the money, is excellent. Well worth the asking price and I doubt bigger b and bs can match this kind of price. En suite is to a high standard with a good power shower. The hosts, martin and Linda, cannot do enough to help and are both friendly without being OTT or insincere. Wonderful breakfast, you really are made to feel king of the castle!

Ideal location too, just off the main stretch, 3 mins to everything really. Only niggle is that bed is on the firm side but I know that that sort of thing is something where you can't please everyone. Highly recommended!!!

I can only echo the sentiments of other reviewers - this is a perfect place to stay. Linda and Martin were the perfect hosts, the accommodation is simply lovely (gorgeous furniture and artwork to admire), and the use of a cosy private sitting room was much appreciated. Loved the fire in the evenings! The accommodation is ideal for wandering around Broadway as well as travelling further afield. It's within easy walking distance of Broadway High Street with its attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants. Breakfasts were a delight, and thoughtful little touches such as a dish of sweeties, topped up daily, and prompt delivery of the latest 'Good Housekeeping' made our (my) stay complete. It just reflects the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Wi-fi was great as my husband needs access 7 days a week for work and off-street parking is a plus too. We will definitely return to this lovely B&B.

Room Tip: Take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, as the bedroom is on a fairly busy road. We did and slept...
