If you want a well priced and delightful place to stay in Broadway then choose the Crown and Trumpet. The owner couldn't do more to make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. the rooms are spotless and very well equipped. We had a meal in the pub one of the nights and as with the rest of the establishment this was well priced and delicious. We plan to go back and stay here again as we loved it.

Visited for a meal at lunch time , we have been here many times before in all seasons. Our only reason really for stopping off in Broadway! Lovely friendly service , helpful staff , good chat as usual with Andrew and good food , which is value for money.
Please don't spoil the charm of this pub ever.
This was a lovely summer visit but a winter visit is to be reccomended as there is always a welcoming fire. Thanks Andrew

It was wonderful to welcome you both yet again to The Crown and Trumpet Inn. We try to vary the menu between seasons as we make as many dishes as possible ourselves so we are able to do this and also vary the drink choices as well. With people like yourselves coming regularly who understand what we are trying to achieve then we will not loose the charm.

Firstly what a lovely place in a gorgeous seting,a wonderfull welcome by steve, had a lovely meal, then the evening came early evening fab staff smiling and profesional, but then we were left with in our opinion was an abrupt barperson Whos only motivation was to go home early,we were told sometimes the bar opens till 11.30 but If quite 11,which was acceptable, but then10.30 we were told last orders and we had till11 to drink them or take them to our rooms,then11.10 the lights were dimed and off we had to go?? We saw this repeated the following evening when another customer enquired about the closure time, the staff were fine but just closed slightly early,i would still very much advise to stay here just If you like a drink check on bar times. Thanks to steve and the gang for a nice stay.

Thank you for kind comments about our homemade food and regarding the welcome and also during your stay and we are all delighted that you had a nice time. Just to clarify about the closing times. On a Thursday Jazz / Blues night and at the weekends we do close at 11.30pm. During the other week day nights we do close at 11.00pm. If it is quiet then the bar staff are asked to check before they close for other drinks that might be required as we have to be mindful of other guests upstairs not being disturbed.

We found this pub after trawling round Broadway looking for a Sunday roast and failing to find one that was not too "hoity toity". Eventually, a friendly traffic warden directed us to this gem. The meal was excellent with the best roast potatoes we have had at a meal out and delicious parsnips. We ate in the garden and really enjoyed our lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Thank you both and thanks also to the traffic warden that kindly recommend us. We are all delighted that with this lovely hot weather that you were able to enjoy your Sunday Roast outside.
The chefs go to a lot of trouble for the roast making our gravy and Yorkshire puddings as well as using local vegetables. Looking forward to welcoming you both again now you know where we are.

Just come home after a wonderful break in the cotswolds. My husband and i stayed at the Crown & Trumpet Pub which is situated in Broadway a very pretty part of the cotswolds. Our stay at the Crown & Trumpet was made very comfortable by Andrew and all his staff. The room was very clean and cosy with all the facilities you would need. I would highly recommend the Crown & Trumpet and look forward to returning there soon.

Stayed for a couple of nights in July 2013, recommended by a friend and not disappointed. Made to feel welcome and nothing too much to ask of Andrew and staff. Great location in Broadway, pub provides traditional accommodation which is reflected in decor and furnishings - totally in keeping with the area. Enjoyed breakfast which set us up for the day and also enjoyed spending latter part of evenings in the bar. Would recommend.

Thank you for you kind comments and to your friend who kindly recommended us. You cannot beat a freshly cooked to order breakfast to start with and then after a hard days touring a nightcap in the bar to finish the day off.

Great pub. Good clean accommodation and good food. Enjoyed the Jazz. Hospitality excellent. Ollie cat enjoyed it too. Setting is lovely and is a relaxing place to sit outside on a summer evening. Some parking available but main car park is free from 6pm at night until 8am in the morning.

Room Tip: we were allocated a twin room rather than double. Would specify double next time.
