“Pampered and rejuvenated ...”
Reviewed 29 April 2014

Better than the very many Alastair Sawday B&Bs we have stayed in, The Old Station House must be one of the best B&Bs in the UK let alone Broadway and the Cotswolds. In addition to the lovely well-proportioned and spotless rooms with large comfortable beds was the tremendous breakfast (including a wide range of fruits alongside traditional and continental) and Jenni's willingness to help mountain-bikers such as ourselves dry out after each day's adventures around this beautiful part of England. One of the very many things that stands out about the Old Station House is the hosts' generosity (e.g. sherry in the guest lounge and a small bottle of both Peroni and wine in the room fridge) and welcoming hospitality. We can't speak highly enough of this B&B. It's worth every penny.

Just spent 4 wonderful days staying at Old Station House. If your looking for a haven of calm relaxation away from your busy life, this is the place to stay. Jenni has created a real luxurious 5 star space for her guests to feel pampered and special.
From the moment of arrival you get this feeling of arriving at a calm oasis, where everything to make your stay memorable has been well thought out and planned by Jenni.
If you like sleeping in a 6 foot oh..so..comfortable bed, laying your head on plump Egyptian cotton pillows and sheets this is the place for you.
If you like a room that is beautifully decorated, comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean this is the place for you.
If you like stepping into a luxurious bathroom with pure white fluffy towels and heavenly scented 'White Company' toiletries, this is the place for you.
If you like mouth watering and locally produced food that is cooked to perfection this is the place for you.
If you like to get away and relax without having the stress of worrying if you have made the right choice of place to stay...worry no more as Jenni has thought of everything to make your stay a memorable one.
Broadway is an excellent base to visit all the surrounding picturesque villages and it's full of wonderful interesting historical buildings, walks and of course lots of vintage shops.
'Why do I choose to stay at The Old Station House' simply because I like all of the above and I've stayed with Jenni many times, sometimes on my own or with friends and I always come away feeling rejuvenated...Try it....but book quick to avoid disappointment of it being full.
Hope this review has been helpful..and maybe I will see you at my next stay in July!
Thank you Jenni for your warmth and special memories
Shirley

Absolutely fantastic, just what the doctor ordered. Jenni made us feel as though we were at home with all the trimmings. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail to make us feel comfortable was out of this world. Would recommend this guest to anyone staying in or around the Broadway area. The Old Station House was recommended to us by a friend and surpassed our expectations.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 4, but I would think any room at this B&B would be just as comfortable and lus...

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Old Station House. A warm welcome with homemade cake brought to our room after arriving late, Jenni made us feel instantly at home! A lovely cosy room, delicious breakfast with more homemade treats, we couldn't fault our stay and definitely want to return soon! Plus, no end of good recommendations for day trips and meals - we loved Sunday Lunch at The Ebrington Arms. Overall, a must stay and a great base for exploring the area.

If you're looking for first class accommodation and service, Station House B&B is certainly the place to stay.
Nothing is too much trouble for Jenni, the small touches that go down well when you return from an enjoyable day out in the Cotswolds.
A perfect house with spacious rooms (No. 1 is lovely), gigantic beds, wonderful views and a very enjoyable hearty breakfast to put you on for the day.
All in all the "Inn" place to stay when in Broadway. Our first visit won't be our last.

Jenni certainly pulls out all the stops with her Broadway B&B show from cake and coffee on arrival to sweets in the rooms and hall plus spirits in the lounge - in fact there are numerous "added extras". The breakfast was delicious, locally produced produce, served by a very nice young girl called Alice. The B&B is tastefully furnished and our room had a lovely comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. Apart from the lounge, guests can also sit in the garden. This is a perfect B&B which we will visit again soon (hopefully). We were in room 5 which is apparently smaller but still ideal. Certainly would recommend.

Room Tip: The B&B is 0.6 miles from the town centre.

We stayed in room 4. Our room and indeed the whole B&B was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was great attention to detail - chocolates and complimentary bottles of water in the rooms, a fridge with a jug of milk, tea making facilities and soft white fluffy towels. The lounge had daily papers, magazines, complimentary alcoholic nightcaps and nibbles. There was a good range of locally sourced food for breakfast to suit all tastes. The cooked menu was delicious with wonderful sausages from a local butcher. I particularly enjoyed the granola with local yoghurt and fresh fruit. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome with a tray of tea and home made cakes. Jenni was very friendly and easy to talk to. Don't consider staying anywhere else.

In a quiet location just minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful village of Broadway, we look forward to welcoming you for a quality B&B experience.
