The Hotel has just opened a new Sunday Carver which I visited on its first day. I have previously used this hotel for meals on a Sunday and have been more than pleased but this new carvery needs to improve. The main problem was caused by the person carving the meat who could not produce slices of normal thickness for a roast joint, they were far too thick . The choice of vegetables could also be increased and the small choice of dessert was expensive.
Maybe unfair for first day of opening but this hotel should know that it has lots of local competition which is better.
