“Friendliest place I have ever stayed”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 March 2009

I am in Hotels two / three nights a week, I booked this B & B on a recommendation. I was greeted and shown around by the owners and given a pot of tea and a slice of cake. The room was large, fresh, clean and modern, with every in room facility many 5* hotels could learn from. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, with fresh fruit and a great choice of cerials and pastry. A quiet location, near access roads, but the thing that made this trip worthy of note is the friendliest welcome , advice and directions.

Fantastic service! Greeted with afternoon tea! Room was excellent, decor beautiful. We had three children with us 11, 3 and 1. We had a room that had upstairs and downstairs so there was plenty of room. Had a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, tv. The kids loved it! Everything was immaculate! They couldn't do enough to help us. My son has sever allergies especially to food and my youngest to milk but nothing was too much trouble to sort out. The lady especially made jam tarts for my son as he couldn't have cake. Breakfast was excellent everything and more that you could ask for and alot was sourced locally which was delicious. Definately A1 service! A+++++++++++++++++++++++

The Manor coach has beautiful sorroundings and a fantastically friendly atmosphere. The bedrooms are superb especailly the king size beds and power showers. The attention to detail and welcoming manner from Sylvia andTerry is amazing and deffinatley made it the best B & B I have ever stayed in. We can't wait to visit again!

As our previous B&B near Worcester had shut up shop and been sold my wife and self had difficulty finding a place to stay except hotels - until we found The Manor Coach House www site. Having stayed there two nights we wish we had found it sooner. Extraordinary, superlative and exceptionally different from B&B stays we had experienced in the past. Our room (1) was a two-storey self-catering apartment. - but any guest would be mad to miss those inclusive breakfasts.
Dinner space..
Writing this in NZ has been interrupted by Saturday evening dinner where my wife & I raised our glasses (Delegat's NZ Chardonnay - of course) to hosts Sylvia & Terry for the best B&B ever. Go S & T, marvellous.
Downsides: We prefer to use "Challenges". Finding The Manor Coach House in the darkness of English winter can be a challenge even with a GPS system as we had. Phone S&T first for directions as it could save you miles of frustrations in total blackness. They won't mind you asking dumb questions for they receive many.
Humanitarian: We were extremely impressed with the S&T dealing with a blind student guest at breakfast. Student enjoyed his choice of casual breakfast while Terry wandered off for countryside walkies with the guide dog. Beat that.
Then there's another: Guest arrives by taxi and is dropped off at the driveway entrance in the blackness of the January night. Guest uses mobile to say "Come and get me". And they do.
That's Sylvia & Terry. That's The Manor Coach House at Worcester. Don't even consider staying elsewhere.

On our way north to Warrington we decided to take a break in Worcester - we wanted to see the cathedral. We selected the Manor House after seeing their website.

What a wonderful B & B! Our room was perfect, the bathroom very well appointed. And the breakfast? To die for!

Highly recommended. The proprietors really know their job.

Secluded location, yet only a short drive to Worcester. Plenty of secure parking at the B&B. Really friendly owners who struck a good balance between being attentive but not overbearing. We were unsure of how to get to a restaurant in town, so the owner printed us out a map and directions unprompted, which was a nice touch. Excellent (and plentiful) breakfast. Great room (we stayed in Room 1 which is split level with the bedroom and ensuite bathroom downstairs and a small living room with kitchen facilities upstairs, with a sloping roof). All decor was modern and uncluttered. The room was clean and the furnishings were nice. Free tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, etc in the room. The price was an absolute bargain considering the quality of the accommodation - which was better than any 3* hotel you'd get. Overall, an excellent stay and we'd highly recommend this B&B to anyone considering staying in or near Worcester.

A top quality B and B that is rightfully highly regarded - I loved it. Warm and friendly service, immaculate room and generous tasty breakfast. I'll be back!
