Stayed overnight before fishing the veterans national at Woodlands View fishery. The hosts Martyn and Caroline were very welcoming and friendly. On arrival there was a hot drink and cake which was much appreciated after a days fishing. The garden room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, even had my own garden to sit in. Due to an early start I told them that fruit and cereal would be fine, but Caroline insisted that I have a full English breakfast which was huge and absolutely beautiful. Thanks very much to you both for making my short stay very comfortable. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Paul Chadwick

Stayed here earlier this week on the way back home from Devon.
Caroline and Martyn are very friendly and welcoming hosts, who run this faultless B and B situated less than 10 minutes from the busy M5 between Junctions 5 and 6. This makes it ideal as a stop off point on a long journey from North to South West or South Wales or vice-versa.
Very comfy beds and good in-room provisions, all spotlessly clean and most importantly for us all our poochy needs were fully catered for.
To top it off they made us one of the best breakfasts anyone could conjure up anywhere in the UK, enhanced by a wide array of fresh fruit. Our dog even had their own gift-wrapped sausage.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: We had the dog-friendly garden room with its own enclosed back garden and side entrance

What a lovely time we had at Buttermilk. We stayed on the way from Dublin to the Isle of Wight for a night and also on the way back. We wanted somewhere to break the journey between Holyhead and Portsmouth ferry ports and vice versa. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Set in a beautiful countryside yet only 5 minutes off the motorway it really was the perfect place to relax for the night. That was only the start of it. Martyn and Caroline are absolutely lovely people who couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Their genuine friendliness and help was really appreciated, as was the beautiful breakfast and the lovely cake waiting for us on arrival both evenings. We had our dog with us and I think she was as impressed as we were, lapping up the attention from Martyn and Caroline and their beautiful dog Georgia. The accommodation itself was lovely, a room with our own garden and side entrance and it really was what we needed. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with everything you could ask for on hand (including water bowl and treats for dog) If we are anywhere at all near again we will definitely return. Our stay really could not have been any better and Martyn and Caroline truly are the perfect hosts.

Outstanding level of service provided by the very friendly Martyn and Caroline. I can genuinely say that our every need was catered for. Particular highlights included the lovely homemade cake on arrival. We had booked the dog friendly room so there were also dog biscuits and a little enclosed garden area for the dog to be let into. The breakfasts were outstanding with eggs laid by their own free range hens and also homemade jams. Our dog was delighted that an extra sausage had been cooked just for her! We were made to feel extremely welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. Martyn even rushed out to the shops to buy some soya milk and gluten free cereal for our son with food allergies. Highly recommended.

Thank you Martyn and Caroline for making us so welcome in your home - we arrived hot and tired and in need of rest and recuperation so finding water, cake and fresh milk in a fridge was most welcoming. The bed was so comfortable and everything including the shower room was spotless, just how we like it! The breakfast was overwhelming, beautifully cooked and such a variety of fresh fruit - delicious!!! Nothing was too much trouble and our hosts were warm and friendly. We stayed overnight on our way to Yorkshire and again on our way back home to Dorset so thrilled to have found this haven in the countryside Many Thanks!!!!

Buttermilk B&B is quite simply the best accommodation that we have stayed at. Martyn and Caroline were excellent hosts, greeting us with tea and cake on arrival. The garden room was very clean, and had its own garden to sit in. The breakfasts were excellent, with a large selection of cereals, fruit, yogurts, and the cooked breakfast was vast! Martyn and Caroline were very friendly and helpful in providing suggestions and information for visits to local amenities.
Buttermilk is most suitable for disabled visitors, as the rooms are on ground level with easy access.
The location is very picturesque, in a quiet village outside Droitwich, within easy reach of Worcester and other attractions in Worcestershire.
I look forward to returning for another holiday, and highly recommend Buttermilk to prospective visitors.
