We arrived to what looked more like the flight deck of the 'Enterprise', with about the same atmosphere, and were refused the chance to pay cash. 'Because we might need to get hold of you' afterwards('?); I'd booked on line and given my details for goodness sake, they had my ref no...The room was stifling and no matter what the staff did it didn't cool down to an acceptable standard. It was impossible to get under the quilts. How about a totally original suggestion and have windows that open?

AND when did anyone last go to an hotel and not get biscuits?

The bar hours are dictated to suit the staff not the customers: even if you are a guest you stand no chance after 2300hrs precisely. If you also happen to be disabled beware of taking a bath because you can't reach the dratted soap!! Disappointed at the price; I tried to negotiate breakfast to be included when I arrived and may as well have been talking to the wall; I got the 'thousand mile stare'. Thanks to a very understanding manager things were sorted out eventually but next time my wife and I will sleep on the river bank rather than return to the Premier Inn. This is definitely the place to stay if on expenses; it certainly needs to be someone else's money you're spending.

Great example of location and style from Premier Inn. I thought it would ruin the Cricket ground (actually the ugliest part is the cricket club sign on the top) but they have blended the style in very subtly - the new generation of Premier Inn style really does work well - the only bad point was the shocking breakfast - The eggs on the buffet were like slabs of concreter so I asked for fresh ones - they came out like slabs of rubber !! - staff were good though

This Premier Inn was very good - staff helpful and efficient. Breakfast and dinner both well presented with fast service. The Hotel very convenient for cricket ground and City Centre near the river and beautiful Cathedral.

Very good city centre location, Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern hotel with good size room. Car parking charges reasonable. Breakfast good value but limited selection particularly of fruit.

This hotel is obviously very new, the restaurant and some of the rooms overlook the county cricket ground. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, including the full English! A good centre to visit Worcester and the Malverns. Probably the best Premier Inn we have stayed in.

This is the best Premier Inn we've ever stayed in. Brand new and spotlessly clean. It was like we were the first people to stay in the room.

The soundproofing was exceptional, we were only on the first floor but never heard a single noise from outside or from any other guests. Very good for a Premier Inn.

Only negative was the car park. They emailed the day before to say their own car park was closed so we had to park nearby. It was a "special rate" but we could have done without the walk.
