Arrived by train just 10 minutes from train station and 5 minutes to bus station. Very friendly staff couldn't be more helpful, very reasonable restaurant and bar on site. Lovely corner room on 2nd floor overlooking the river great for watching the antics of the swans. Room was very good comfortable bed, air con was easy to adjust, great big fluffy white towels plenty of hot water good shower. Can't go wrong if you want to stay in the city. Loads to do here plenty of history.

As always Premier Inn provides an excellent base to stay. Planned a few days walking in the Malvern's and the hotel is well situated. Hotel in good condition and lovely restaurant downstairs. All the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Only down side was the £5.50 car park charge as car parked owned by the cricket club and the lukewarm cooked breakfast.
Room ok. That is the end. Service lacklustre completely without organisation.this is a new hotel which you would expect to be vibrant snd full of keen people trying to please.thus is without a doubt the worst premier inn we have been in.
The price is too high for what you get. The rooms are of a good size and its private. But air conditioning not good, and no opening windows. House keeping not really up to scratch a bit dirty in places and not enough towels. Cost of parking has increased
Location of hotel is great, good access to town centre and all amenities. still a new hotel by premier standards. booking in is the automated system, no problems. restaurant closed on Sunday nights, but full menu available in bar, not an extensive menu, but you will find something to eat on there. I couldn't eat here for a week as I would be bored with the menu. food very palatable, service was a little slow, but it did start to get a little busy. Rooms are premier in standard with the usual gear. added bonus now is that they have free wi-fi, bit of a godsend as phone signal not too good in hotel.The only downside is the parking, it is owned by Worcester cricket club and there are certain days you are not allowed to park. you have to pay and display, the hotel wont give you a ticket and put it on the bill. I get an allowance at hotels for parking which gets charged back, so don`t always carry change for the meters. I paid £3.50 for 12 hours, which is not bad for town centre parking.
Set in a lovely location close to the city. We were given a room on the third floor, room 335 overlooking the park. We were right next to the cricket club who had a function in one of their rooms right below ours, although the music stopped at 11.30 still disturbing.
Had a meal deal with our booking and the food was excellent, lovely breakfast too.
Will be back - just ask for a room overlooking the river next time
