Superb mattress and bedding made for a good night's sleep - only downside was inadequate noise insulation through the door onto the corridor though I am a very light sleeper.

Room Tip: Ask for end of corridor rooms

We stayed for two nights at the Worcester Premier Inn. We were going to the Malvern Spring Garden Show. The staff at the Premier Inn were very helpful. The bed had a mattress topper and was very comfortable. (Cannot sleep in a hard bed). It was quiet at night. No door slamming and shouting. We were able to obtain more coffee and milk from a bowl in reception. Very handy as both my husband and I are coffee monsters and one cup is not enough. It was handy having a restaurant and bar just outside the reception door. We were able to have an evening meal and a drink. The only thing to be aware of is that there are no little bottles of shower gell etc in the bathroom. Only staying for a couple of days I thought I would travel light and not take any.

This is a great hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep in this area. We were visiting local attractions so were just in the hotel for dinner, bed and breakfast with Kids aged 6, 4 and 6 months. It was ideal as it was clean, fresh and the food was the normal menu but well prepared (i.e. they won't get a michelin star any time soon but the food was cooked well with no limp lettice or dirty plates). the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will use this hotel again.

The Premier Inn Worcester is easy to find, welcoming and clean. It provides all one would need for a short stay and at a good price too. Food is provided at The Three Pears opposite and service was efficient and staff attentive. I was on a Meal Deal and expecting good, basic food. Unfortunately, my dishes were poor and I have an aversion to greasy marks aound plates. No question that portions were ample, but should a pie have a minimal quantity of filling in a crust 1 cm thick all round? My cooked breakfast had good ingredients, freshly prepared (apart from the tinned mushrooms). However, the plate was awash with grease and, as at dinner, the rim was smeared. It all left a bad impression, which was a pity.

Remembering that Premier Inn operates in the budget arena, this was a superb stay. Although on business and only at the property for one night, the welcome was fantastic, as were all the staff who could not do enough for you.
The rooms were everything you come to expect of Premier Inn. Clean, comfortable, great beds and a great value breakfast.
Would certainly stay here again.
