we came first weekend in july with freinds to visit family in worcester,we have stayed in many prem inns over the years and i must say its the best 1 ever.we had 2 rooms on top floor 228 and 229 i think?and the lady was called kirsty as she told us she was just recently married and we were staying in her rooms and did we need anything for our stay.I Must say she was very helpfull in places to visit while here and breakfast times, which again excellent value for money as my children are very fussy eaters.the staff are also freindly at the restaurant and nothing was to much trouble :)we are coming back to worcester near christmas and im hoping to book the same rooms as they were clean and fresh ,will deffo recomend to family and freinds when visiting worcester from a very happy camper :).

the quality of the rooms are excellent and the beds are soooooo comfy. We've stayed here a few times while visiting our daughter and will return for the friendly service. Breakfast in the beefeater is excellent value for money and the staff are all very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here. Friendly staff and good location just off the motorway and three miles from city centre.

We arrived just before 11pm and had a quick and organised reception, with all documentation ready for us. The receptionist was very helpful about how everything worked and we were able to hit the sack very quickly.

The room was clean and comfortable with lots of hot water available. The bed was comfy and there was no disturbances.

Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We stayed for four nights, three with a large group and an additional one just as a couple. Apart from some problems dealing with the sudden large influx at breakfast on the first day the service was excellent and the food, particularly the breakfast, very good.
The room was very spacious and clean and we soon forgave the rather institutional appearance of the long corridors. Pity about the rather hard mattress but at least the pillows were better than average so after the first night we got a reasonably comfortable sleep.
We would have no problem choosing to stay here again if visiting the area.

Room Tip: No noise problem from the restaurant opposite.

Superb mattress and bedding made for a good night's sleep - only downside was inadequate noise insulation through the door onto the corridor though I am a very light sleeper.

Room Tip: Ask for end of corridor rooms

We stayed for two nights at the Worcester Premier Inn. We were going to the Malvern Spring Garden Show. The staff at the Premier Inn were very helpful. The bed had a mattress topper and was very comfortable. (Cannot sleep in a hard bed). It was quiet at night. No door slamming and shouting. We were able to obtain more coffee and milk from a bowl in reception. Very handy as both my husband and I are coffee monsters and one cup is not enough. It was handy having a restaurant and bar just outside the reception door. We were able to have an evening meal and a drink. The only thing to be aware of is that there are no little bottles of shower gell etc in the bathroom. Only staying for a couple of days I thought I would travel light and not take any.
