Very convenient hotel, good overall, only complaint staff in charge of breakfast area not very friendly, gave the impression you were not welcome.otherwise had a good trip.
Would recommend it to others who were travelling on business.

A standard modern Premier Inn; room basic, no phone, fridge, safe, toileteries etc, but clean with comfortable bed & proper tub bath. Very pleasant reception staff who moved us to a quieter top floor room. Main problem is that the hotel was built with barely opening windows & no A/C. The management left an apology for the lack of A/C in each room together with a small fan & a sheet to replace the heavy duvet. I cannot however recommend staying in this hotel during hot weather. Value depends on what you paid

A large group of us stayed here as part of a rugby weekend. As has become to be expected at Premier Inn, the experience was first class.
All staff were extremely helpful (especially the lady who let me back into my room after locking myself out!!!) Our room was spacious and clean, and our bed was very very comfy!
The Beefeater is great for pub grub and the rugby ground is only a 10min walk away. Be aware that the route takes you through woods and is not well lit in the dark!
My only gripe was that it took a very long time for our breakfast to be cooked (orders are taken by a waitress) I understand it was busy, but surely the staff in the kitchen should be able to cope with the demands made at breakfast time.

We have always been satisfied with the Premier Inn experience. On our recent visit imagine our dismay that the height of the bed in the accessible room had shrunk somewhat however this was soon remedied by the most helpful gentleman at reception, Trevor. In no time at all bed raisers were fitted. A more helpful gentleman you could not wish to meet. After a very comfortable night and an excellent breakfast we continued on our way. We would definitely recommend a visit.

Fab Hotel. We stayed here for 1 night, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a good stay. The Room was the standard Premier Inn Room, very clean and tidy.
The Beefeater opposite the hotel was great too, staff again, really friendly and accomodating. The food was great too.

Not having enjoyed the Beefeater chain recently, we picked this hotel because it was near to the NT properties we wanted to visit. We were really impressed with the room-much better than experienced at older Premier Inns. The Three Pears Inn surpassed our expectations. The two evening meals we had were excellent, with no niggles about quality , amount or warmth. Likewise, the two cooked breakfasts were equally vastly better than those experienced at other Beefeaters.
The staff were also first class. The welcome at reception was cheerful and helpful at all times. Likewise the restaurant staff were excellent, even thought Saturday evening was very popular with a large number of diners, many of them families with young children. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Whilst it is close to a motorway junction, our only mistake was to travel from Cheshire to Worcester using the M6 and M5. A horrendous journey resulted!. Going back we programmed the satnav to avoid the motorways. We had a lovely return journey through mainly rural England on the A449. A442, A53 which was relaxing and enjoyable

The beefeater was different from evening meal to breakfast. evening meal was fab well cooked and tasty good service waiter Ross was great. The breakfast was awful. we had to wait even though we had payed up front. tables had not been cleared we told to help oursrleves to drinks and the waitress would take our order we went in at 9.15 am our breakfast arrived at 10.25 we were forgotten other guests came and went. all in all would stay at hotel again but may not eat breakfast.
