Brilliant walking, all levels of difficulty. Fabulous scenery. Friendly people. Views over the sea and up and down the coast.

Although the Ceredigion coast path can be challenging at places (I am 62 & not as fit as I would want to be! )..the views & experience are worth it. Along the path the hedgerows are bursting with elderberries, sloes, blackberries, gorse, honeysuckle & heather. At each bend your faced with the staggeringly beautiful cliffs & incredibly clear, turquoise sea washing soft sandy beaches & bays. At key headlands you can sit & watch dolphins moving effortlessly in the blue water & seals playfully popping up & down, whilst above watch out for ravens, gannets, choughs, oyster catchers & puffins & many more. There are also many remains of ancient habitation & importantly excellent hostelries to help keep up your energy.

Wonderful views, peace and quiet and a different perspective on the land and sea. Some parts are not for the faint hearted (or those less than confident on their feet) but well worth the trip along any section. Pack a picnic- there are some fabulous places to sit- I recommend hiding just behind the ruins of the old farmhouse/ mill about 5 miles from Aberystwyth (heading south)- there is something magical about it.
And de-tour along the beach between Borth and Ynys las- great excuse for a paddle!

The views were excellent but the website claims that the walk is 'easy to moderate' - it is not. Do not attempt without walking boots, crampons, army grade ration packs and swiss army knives. Also, do not attmept with a hangover.
