Booked a sea view room and those views are magnificent. Right opposite the beach, from our window we could see the beach and hear the sea, which I loved. If you are patient you will see the dolphins that play in the bay. We were in room 6, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well decorated. In the room there was a kettle and tea/coffee/chocolate, also a jar of mint chocolates, bottled water, large tv & hairdryer. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, lovely soft towels. John the owner is a lovely guy, very welcoming and works hard and tirelessly, with a great sense of humour, the lovely host. Breakfast was delicious, with a choice of cereals, full english breakfast, plenty of tea/coffee and toast. John has put together a very informative file for guests, which includes the Yr Hafod rules and also places to visit, best restaurants in Aberystwyth ( as recommended by guests) Wifi code etc. As you read the information you will get a taste of Johns comical sense of humour. All the above and more made our two night stay very enjoyable to say the least. I could go on and on, all excellent. We will definitely be regular visitors to Yr Hafod. Thank you JohnMore
