The young staff were really pleasant and the place was expensively kitted-out and spotlessly clean & tidy. The food and drink quality was mixed; white wine, ordered by the glass by us, was fairly decent quality but not chilled enough (how often do eateries make this so-easy-to-avoid error?). My ham terrine was very good and the crisp, fresh salad on both of our plates was excellent, but my wife's quiche was virtually cheeseless and, although nicely cooked, was like an un-vinallared egg custard with the odd tomato - the promised-by-the-menu coleslaw was not on the plate, with no apology for it being missing (it was my wife's meal and, sadly, like a lot of people, she would never dream of complaining!). We both felt that the good really outweighed the not-so-good and we will be returning, but more attention to detail would turn the dining experience here from good to excellent.
