“Pleasant place for tea”
Review of Woodlands Tea Room

Woodlands Tea Room
Ranked #8 of 11 Coffee & Tea in Aberystwyth
Restaurant details
Reviewed 5 July 2013

We visited The Woodlands tea room after our walk (expedition even) at the Devil's Bridge Falls, it's just a short walk away although there is a car park should you not have the energy. It offers a very pleasant place to have something to eat and a lovely pot of tea and should you visit on a dry day there is outside seating available. The choice of cake is mouthwatering, we settled for the coffee and walnut which was scrummy but we could equally have had the Welsh cream tea, decisions decisions!! there is also a choice of hot food, all at reasonable prices. The shop offers a variety of gifts, sweets and nick knacks sale along with a variety of Welsh cake and biscuits (take home some Bara Brith) the ice cream looked delicious too. Toilets are available, very clean, and there is even a baby changing mat. If you're in the area and looking for somewhere to rest and revive stop off here.
