a clean and modern premier inn. The only issues we had was our room smelt of damp due to a smelly shower curtain. We complained and it was sorted promptly. As for the restaurant it was excellent for breakfast and dinner not bad. Only thing is with the service in table table. It's slow and if you don't get to breakfast early, forget it as you are looking at an hours wait

New premier inn with larger than average room size. Close to centre of town with free car parking and supermarket close by. Ideal base for exploring Snowdonia. We booked in advance and paid £39 per night. Bed was very comfy, although we could have slept anywhere being shattered from climbing snowdon

just wanted a short break away and got a £29 deal for the one night. As this was just a base all we needed was a clean warm room - which is exactly what we got. The Receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and bright (with a bit of a sea view!) and importantly lots of hot water for the shower.

We had dinner in the Table Table restaurant next door which was good value for money although the service was a bit slow due to being so busy. Opted for a Morrisons breakfast which is just over the road to the hotel - you can't go wrong with a sausage sandwich for £1.20!

Overall for a cheap and cheerful break away you can't complain and we will definitly be going back.

Got a great deal to stop at this Hotel which is fairly new and right on the Harbour overlooking the Menai Straits to Anglesey and it only cost us £19 for the Accommodation, and £22 each for Dinner (incl Wine) + Breakfast at the Harbour Restaurant next door. There is no Car Parking ( unless you have a Blue Badge) but 100metres away you can park for free on Victoria Dock !
Caernarfon Castle is just 10 minutes walk away, and the Town and Walls of this ancient Norman-English Fortress and its History since 1090 will keep history buffs thoroughly engaged as well as the Kids!
There are lots of interesting shops to hit too...including Celtica opposite the HOTEL

Room Tip: Book the Meal Deal at Table Table when you book the Inn, and all Rooms are good

To learn the staff knew the heating was not good and allowed an elderly person to stay in that room is unacceptable. Not happy and the good night guarantee was denied advising it could not be done.......……

I've sworn before that I would not stop at a Premier Inn again but as the local hotels were full I had no choice.
The price was £85 for one person for one night WITHOUT breakfast. In all my travels I have never seen a Premier Inn that charges the so called £29 per night that they advertise.

The rooms are grim with a basic bed table and chair. No mini bar, no room service, noisy fans running all night, yet they still ask for four-star money.

As others have pointed out here the breakfast is a waste of time and money so don't pay for it advance. I waited in vain for service and in the end walked over to Morrisons and got a nice cooked breakfast served with a smile and very much cheaper.

So if you're fed up with four-star luxury why not try Premier Inns at a higher price.

With hindsight, it would have been better to knock-off a local policeman's helmet, spend the night in the cells and just pay the fifty pound fine in the morning. At least you get good room service and the same basic facilities for half the price.

At Premier Inn we always strive to provide customers with a comfortable stay, and I apologise that on this occasion your stay was incredibly disappointing.

Your experience was far below our usual high standards, and we can only apologise that up to now you have not had an opportunity to speak to anybody about the issues raised.

Please be assured your comments have been noted and will be followed up and investigated with Management Team at the hotel.

Thank you again for your review, we sincerely hope that we can restore your faith in Premier Inn.
