We have stayed at several Premier Inns before and this is one of the nicest. The family room was clean and modern with a nice brand new Flat screen TV and the room itself was new and well cleaned. The staff were very helpful and polite and all requests were dealt with efficiently. 5 out of 5.

Stayed here for one night on the 24th of April. Everything was okay, staff were friendly, room was a good size. Nothing particularly made this premier inn any better than the others and I've definitely stayed in better premier inns than this one however it was right next to a Morrisons and a short walk to the centre.

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great location for mountain walking and climbing. We opted for the inclusive breakfast which was a great way to start the day's activities. Car park is a short walk away but free.

Service was outstanding, both at check in, check out and in the restaurant. Waitress went out of her way to accommodate my low calorie diet, and desk staff were really helpful. Revisited Caernarfon last week and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, but still went back to sit outside the restaurant with a beer to overlook the harbour! Walking distance into town so handy location too. Have recommended to colleagues.

Very clean and modern hotel right on the front - check in was easy and the staff very polite. No shaver point in the bathroom if you have an electric shaver or toothbrush. Parking a slight issue (as there isn't any with the hotel) but there is a car park opposite (£3.50 per day from memory) and a FREE car park just a short walk away. Caernarfon town centre is just a five minute walk away. Didn't book breakfast (all you can eat for £8) because there are a lot of eating establishments within walking distance serving breakfast for as little as £3 - All in all it was exactly what you expect from a premier inn

Premier Inn Caernarfon located on the attractive Victoria Dock with a five minute walk to the impressive Caernarfon Castle.Receptionist Dewi seemed a genuine and friendly Welsh speaking local.Diolch yn fawr Dewi.Hotel and room were clean and modern with good bathroom, large bedroom and big tv with about a dozen cable channels.Restaurant opposite served decent, varied good value food with pleasant staff. The only negative would be the price at £83 a night without breakfast and being charged to use hotel Wifi.Parking is opposite the hotel chargeable between 8am-6pm.*Tip*If you pay for an hours parking after 6pm it will start from 8am until 9am the following morning so need to get out of bed early.Great hearing so many Welsh speakers around Caernarfon.Great location for visiting North Wales.Overall a most enjoyable stay.Diolch yn fawr Premier Inn.

This is a new hotel in a harbourside development. NB You don't get harbour or sea views. The size of the family room which we booked for £36 per night was truly surprising. Much larger than most. Light, airy, despite being on the ground floor, with large(ish) flat screen TV. Plenty of room for the 2 single beds and double without having to step over one another. Staff are very friendly and eager to please, for example running around to find us a hairdryer when our clothes got wet (there's one in the room anyway!). The room was quiet and clean.
There is no car park for the hotel. The nearest free car car is only two minutes' walk away, but it tends to be full all day. There is a pay and display over the road. Parking wasn't a problem for us as we'd be out all day, and return to the free car park after 5.00, but we visited in April - it would be busier in the Summer.
Breakfast was a disappointment though. The food is standard Premier Inn fare, taken in the Table Table restaurant a few metres away. The problem was on 2 days, it took around 45-50 minutes to get the food. Things seemed better if you got in early - maybe some of the staff go home after 8.30. If we hadn't paid for breakfast in advance, we wouldn't have waited.
In fairness I should add that this restaurant offers decent food at decent prices. For an evening meal, we had some decent lamb, and excellent T-bone steaks at reasonable prices. Service was good, too.
For a visit to Caernarfon, which is compact but offers enough to be worth a stay, it would be hard to beat this hotel, which is within 5 minutes walk of the town centre. Just get your breakfast in one of the many cafes or even Morrisons nearby.

Room Tip: Can't really advise on this. Pleased to find that even on the ground floor it is quiet, and nob...
