Victoria House ticks all the boxes then some. A very special B & B which delivers far more than anywhere we have traveled through out the UK. Welcoming, Comfortable, Elegant with beautifully presented breakfasts. A time to be spoilt and be spoilt we were. The only place to watch the sunset over Caernarfon Bay from the city wall while enjoying a complimentary wine. Victoria House is the best value and definitely the top place to stay.

Room Tip: Room 4 is the best view as it is on the top floor overlooking the bay. NOt sure of the other rooms.

What an amazing place everything was perfect.
It was just by chance we got to stay here & we couldn't of found a better place if we had looked for days. So many extra special little touches, the best we have ever stayed in. Breakfast was amazing with everything from fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, continental meats, cheeses etc.
The courtyard and castle wall at the back is such a fabulous place to sit and relax.
Loved every minute of our stay. Congratulations Jan your B & B is amazing

Room Tip: All the rooms looked amazing

Where do I start ... from the moment we arrived, jan welcomed us and made us tea and biscuits within her beautiful elevated back garden which had a panoramic view of caernarfon bay and the castle., as we'd had a long journey.she then took us up to our stunning room which was more like a suite within the castle as it was so plush and large. The decor was beautiful and not a mark on anything.the spa bathroom was again amazing and jan even puts in extras like body sprays, sewing kits, eye pads aswell as the usual soaps shampoos and gels etc. Then there is a mini fridge with bottles of water, fresh milk in.there is fresh coffee and perculator, cocoa and kit kats etc How accommodating is this, then as for breakfast it again is extremely well catered for whatever diet. Even down to muesli bars, cheeses, cereals, fresh fruit and also cooked items if requested. We simply were so pleased with our stay and it was ideally located to get around.we went to abersoch, Anglesey which wasn't a long journey.thanks so much for our stay and we will be seeing you again soon.

Tops in hospitality! Lovely old building, comfortable rooms, convenient to everything, great breakfast, hospitality beyond compare. The free treats (there's a fridge stocked with water, sodas, beer and wine and a table full of goodies) were a much-appreciated touch. The seaside wall is a wonderful place to watch the sunset; the common room is a cozy place for games. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. A wonderful stay!

Room Tip: The sea view room is lovely, but does require climbing 2 flights of stairs.

When we arrived at this B&B, the owner told us that there had been a cancellation and she upgraded both our rooms (we were travelling with another couple) to larger rooms - ours was at the front of the house overlooking the street and was just lovely. I thought it was very kind for the owner to give us the larger rooms as she did not have to do that. The house is clean, comfortable and elegant, and perfectly situated for sightseeing but on a quiet street to ensure a restful night. We sat out on the deck on the town wall in the evening which was lovely. The breakfast was excellent. We saw the rooms we were originally booked for, and while smaller they were just as nice. I only wished we had booked more than one night at this B&B and used the town as a centre for visiting other places. You can't go wrong with this terrific bed & breakfast. We were easily able to park our two cars out in front as well.

Room Tip: No tips required - all the rooms are beautiful.

Beautiful, clean and quiet location. Comfortable room with a nice bed, a large, modern bathroom and tasteful decoration. The food was excellent and the owner, Jan, was friendly, helpful and attentive. Excellent spot for sightseeing, shopping or just relaxing. Would stay here again and I recommend the Victoria House to anyone wanting to travel to Caernarfon.

Room Tip: Our room was facing the street and we like to keep our windows open at night resulting in some noise...

My hubby and I stayed here for a weekend in May . everything about Victoria House is First class. The rooms are absolutely fabulous and immaculately clean. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The lounge is lovely and there are free snacks and biscuits on offer as well as complimentary wine and beer in the fridge. Jan is a lovely warm person who can't do enough for you and went out to collect our chinese takeaway and even brought it up to our room on a tray.We will be back again next year and we would recommend Victoria House to anyone who wants somewhere lovely to stay.Everything is of top quality here and it's worth every penny. Thank you Jan and your mum for our wonderful stay with you.
lots of love.
Anne and Rob.

Room Tip: All the rooms are beautiful but the room at the front facing the street is a must.
