Dinas Dinlle is a regular for us & if open, we always pop into Bwyty Lleu for a panad. Friendly staff, good food. I'm glad Dinas Dinlle has this little place. Without it, it would be dire.

This is the worst restaurant I have been to for the following reasons: the food is atrocious: the vegetables were overcooked and badly presented and the meat (lamb in this case) was drowning in a viscose concoction called gravy probably made with granules. The waitresses, although friendly, were totally inexperienced and we had to wait a while before the disgusting and unsightly food arrived. Sadly, we paid a lot for this rubbish.

The place is frequented by older adults and they are the ones who have probably provided this place with good reviews. You will enjoy this place if you like hospital or nursing home food. Moreover, the view of the car park is all you have so there is nothing to distract you to avoid the bad experience. I would love to know where the "chef" trained to cook so badly. Never ever again. If you want a decent Sunday lunch in the area, go to Fron Goch garden centre. I strongly advise the manager of this place to learn from other restaurants. Food quality and presentation are not on their menu!!!!!

After an October stroll through the sand dunes and up the beach, we visited the Bwyty Lleu for something to warm us up. The staff were very friendly and helpful and served the most delicious hot chocolate. It was a lovely relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. We sat on the leather sofas and the children enjoyed a game of draughts. There is also a small shop with books, artworks, local produce and gifts. Highly recommended...we will definately be back again.

Decided to bring our friend from London to Bwyty Lleu for a traditional Welsh sunday lunch the other day.

The sunday dinner was really lovely. There was a choice of turkey, beef or lamb for the main course. I decided to go for the beef - meat cooked to perfection, crispy roasties and real homemade gravy.

The service was a bit slow but nothing to complain about. The restaurant was full to capacity, which was a very good sign. It seemed that the local people supported the restaurant as every single table were conversing in the local tongue - this made for a great atmosphere.

Young, local staff, all of whom were able to converse fully in Welsh or English. Fantastic service.

Thank James W
