“Fantastic Place”
Reviewed 9 August 2015 for a stay in March 2015

We had an amazing holiday!
The house was very well equipped and comfortable. The location was great meaning we could explore many different places from mountains to beaches to museums to castles. We had great communication and swift responses from the owner and when we made a mistake with our dates everybody was very understanding!

We found the house clean and were grateful for bits and bobs left in the cupboards by previous guests.

We have already booked our next adventure here :)

From booking to arriving everything was easy, Duncon the owner sent us instrustions how to get there and what to do. The cottage is lovely everything you need and comfotable. The lounge smelt a little musky when we arrived maybe the people before us has a dog, but opened the windows it was fine.
We were only there evenings really as spent the days vising all the lovely towns and attractions in the area, such a beautiful area.
Would book again.

“Holiday in Wales”

The cosy cottage in N.Wales is situated in a very small village with no shops or pub, the nearest town is a few miles away.
The cottage is nice but needs new carpets and was a little dirty on arrival, there is everything you need in the cottage but don't expect 5* rating.
It is very well placed for the North Wales area and beaches.

“Wonderful...definitely coming back!”
Reviewed 16 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Lovely, cosy cottage, we instantly felt right at home. Superb area, so quiet and peaceful with so much to do in the surrounding area. We took our dog and two young children and each day we did something different.
It has been one of the best family holidays we've had and we will definitely be returning either for a short break or a long holiday.

A lovely, cozy cottage nestled away in the Snowdonia Mountain Range. A gem of a find and perfect forgetting away from it all. Clean, warm and everything you could need to make it a perfect stay. Rebooking again for later in the year. Thank you!!

I stayed for 4 nights and went to Beddgelert, LLanberis, Caernafon, Criccieth, Pwllheli and Anglesey. A great base to explore North Wales seaside and mountains. The cottage has all the essentials you could want and is stocked with entertainment, tourist information maps and is ideal if you are looking for a quiet retreat. A car is essential as the nearest shops are in the next village a couple of miles away. If you have mobility problems the staircase is narrow and steep and the garden is on split level but is really lovely. The rooms are nicely decorated and the towel radiator in the bathroom makes the whole room warm. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. The price you see is the price you pay ,no hidden charges. The owner is very infomative and sends clear instructions on what to do on arrival and departure.
