This camp site is great and well maintained, nice little shop, not to expensive, excellent showers and rooms, wash/laundry room. Even a chill/TV room on offer!!
The only charge is for washing your cloths!
We stayed for 3 nights plus a dog which cost £46. in total which i thought was good considering the area and grounds were brilliant plus a extra field to exercise your dog.
The owners seem ok, not really that talkative which i found odd :-/ luckily their son was, who showed us to our pitch. Overall a great stay!

The site's location is excellent. The pitches are large and level. Beautiful surroundings, lovely walks nearby nice quiet area. Friendly staff in reception. We spent the two bank holidays hereThere are a lot of locals who are regulars and this led to several large groupings, which could be noisy and intrusive at times. In quieter times I am sure this would not be the case. The toilet blocks are too small for the size of the camps ( 3 showers in each) Again probably sufficient when the site is not full. The adult only area is a fair walk from the facilities, so it is best to use your own if in a caravan. Recycling facilites are good, however were once aagin insufficient. Please note the nearby Chainbridge Pub has closed.

We stayed at this campsite on our way home from a holiday in Newquay hoping to break up the long journey home. What a fantastic decision! The location of the campsite os excellent, within a short drive of lots of walks and markets etc. The campsite itself is wonderful, extremely clean (with award winning toilets!) and the owners are very friendly. there is a TV room, and washing up facilities which are kept equally as clean. It looked like there were lots of people staying on the site for long periods, which gave the site a relaxing and safe atmosphere! We would definetly stay again!
