Great location, beautiful house, and incredibly friendly but professional service. We loved the breakfasts and accompanying views. Hope to return.

The hotel is ideally situated to walk into the historic town center, and a good base to visit the north wales coast. The hotel itself is superb, with a wonderful view of the castle from our room. The attention to detail in the room and throughout the hotel was impecable. The breakfasts have plenty of choice for you to choose from, and the evening meal was also second to none. This is the third time we have stayed at the Castlebank Hotel and will definately be returning.

We stayed for one night in Room Number Five: Vardre View which was at the front of the hotel and if you looked out the window you could see the Town Walls and the castle in the distance.

What a great location, just metres from the town walls and village and views of the bay.

Our room was fantastic and felt like we were staying in a house instead of a hotel, really tasteful and very comfortable and roomy.

The owner was great and service could not be faulted nor could the breakfast.

Too bad that the restaurant was not open on the night we were there as it sounded great.

Really good value and would recommend this a s base for a few days to explore the north of Wales from or to just wander around Conwy itself.

Would definitely comeback again, really glad we stayed here.

Also make sure you have a walk around the old town walls and see the Castle whilst you are here.

Thanks for a great stay.

Sue and I could not find enough superlatives when we speak about Jo and Henrique at the Castlebank Hotel. Their attendence to thier customers comfort and ease has to be experienced to be appreciated, so much so that those same customers often become friends and return time-and-time again, as we do.
Our latest visit was no exception and we have already booked for athree night stay over the New Year period.
The overallfeeling about Castle bank is that you are under no pressure to anything if do not wish to do so, but at the same time there is lots to do and see if it takes your fancy.

I just stayed for the one night but found it to be fantastic. Jo was really nice and friendly. My room (No 4, The Dressing Room) was the smallest in the house with just a single bed, but it has a large window that looks out the front of the house and has a great view of Conwy Castle! It also had a seperate bathroom which was just down the hall, but it was still private and I had the key to it, and it was a proper full size bathroom. I had dinner at the hotel as well which was very tasty. Definately make sure you look at the directions on their website before going though as the entrace is through a public carpark, though their carpark is private and free.

We stayed in the castle view room. If we strained our necks out the window, we could see Conwy Castle. There was nothing to persuade us to dislike it. We only stayed a night.

The staff was alright. Overall, I felt they were a little cold, especially when we arrived. But the owner was helpful the next day to recommend places to see.

There was a lot of ship artwork on the walls that my Dad thought was cool.
