“Quaint views”
Reviewed 2 June 2014

The Conwy Quay is a great place to stop in at if you are visiting Conwy. It is a very short trip from the castle and is a great place to head after going through the castle and the town. You have a very beautiful view of the water and it's great to go to the pub to then sit out and drink a pint while taking in the views. You also can also access the walls one street back from the Quay so it works well to visit the Quay while circuiting the town via the walls.

“Cute little area”
Reviewed 29 May 2014

The quay holds a little, tiny, treasure- the smallest house in the UK. They also had a medieval fayre going on while we were there, interesting!

“Great place to sit and watch the world go by”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

On a lovely sunny day this is a great place to sit and relax. You can see all the boats going up and down the river, watch the trains cross the Conwy Suspension bridge or just sit and read. The Quay boast the Smallest House in Britain (small fee to enter) and a pub, plus you can board a boat for a half hour trip.

One of the entrances to the town walls is nearby and its worth climbing up just to get the view over the quay.

Free to sit at for as long as you like.

Lovely!

“A small and beautiful quay with a pub serving great bitter!”
Reviewed 10 May 2014

What can there be not to like: right by the sea, a huge tidal range, pub within the town walls and lots of people and boats and things to see. A lovely spot to have a drink whilst the sun goes down (along with 100 others who have had exactly the same thought!).
