We had a lovely weekend at The Town House, lovely location overlooking the castle, great room with all we needed, the hosts Julie and Mark welcomed us warmly. We slept really well and had a tasty breakfast, lots of choice and Mark made sure we had all we needed. We will definately be returning for another trip as soon as possible.

Mark and Julie were so friendly and funny! The breakfast was delicious, the room was as comfortable as home, with any convenience we could expect from a b&b provided. We had views of the castle from our window, got an excellent night's rest both nights we were there, and felt extraordinarily welcome by the hosts. Conwy is a dream of a place, with a beautiful bay, fantastic castle ruins, great pubs and fish and chips, and we feel so fortunate we stayed at The Town House. Wales left a wonderful impression on us thanks to Mark and Julie!

We stayed at the Town House for three nights in July '13, and we loved the welcome that Mark and Julie gave us. The Town House is very conveniently situated, not just for the beautiful little town of Conwy (which is so small that any place within the city walls can be said to be conveniently situated for anything in that town) but also for mt Snowdon, Anglesey and really anything else in North Wales.

The room that we stayed is was not large, but it had everything: en suite bathroom, double glazing (but at night you can easily open your windows, as there is hardly any traffic) and a telly - but who watches television when staying in such a lovely place?

The breakfast was freshly made out of good quality food. Three or four different options were available, including a vegetarian and a fruit/yoghurt one.

The most striking feature of this place is its hosts, Mark and Julie, who were realy very friendly and helpful, with a sense of humour that we could really appreciate.

We would definitely stay here again!

The Town House has new owners (two weeks now) Mark and Julie, and they are fantastic. We asked about a laundry service on town, they did it for us. We asked for wine glasses, they also gave us a corkscrew. Fresh milk for the in-room coffee instead of the creamer things, and when we ran out of kleenex and left the empty box with the laundry basket, we had a new box when we returned. I predict this attention to detail will help them be successful owners.
We were in room 5 with a great view of the castle and the wall. The room is set up really nice with a little reading/coffee/sitting area, good storage, nice colors and furnishings, good heat, and enough room for us. It was clean, the bathroom was fine with good shower, but one of those sinks with the separate hot and cold water faucets. Our room faced the busy street, but we were not there during the day, really no traffic at night and double pane windows (but we sleep with the windows open anyway). The breakfast was well done. There is really convenient private parking, that alone must be worth £5 a day or more. We were here for two nights, and would stay again.

Wonderful location next to the Castle walls, and near downtown. Could easily walk to restaurants for dinner. Owners were wonderful. Excellent breakfast. The accommodations were superb too. Recommend this B&B.

Room Tip: Our room was upstairs and looking directly at the castle walls.

We were in Room 4 for three nights. The room was clean and the windows had just been washed! Beautiful room, though a bit sparse on floor space. The new owners, Mark and Julie, are trying hard to please and are very congenial, but they cannot move the walls out. Limited parking is available across the street. The bed was very comfortable and the double-pane windows even kept out the church clock bells, which tolled every 15 minutes, we were told. Charming location with a view of Conwy Castle out our bedroom window and the St. Mary’s Church out the bathroom window. The location is inside the city walls and you can walk across the walled city in 10 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and we had several options.
