Reputed to be one of the two best eating places in Conwy - the other being Dawsons. I think we were unlucky with the choice of night we booked. Stayed in Conwy for 3 nights and this was only night we could book in (first night closed for a private function/next night closed).
Owners of the restaurant were not around when we ate there and although staff were friendly the service was all a bit rushed. We chose both the starter and main courses from the specials board. The food was good and well presented but we were seated on our own facing the garden area. Just got the feeling that the staff had had a busy couple of days and wanted to go home. Expensive meal - £85 for two courses plus bottle of average wine, so pretty disappointing experience which is a shame.
