We really loved staying here. :a clean and comfortable room,an excellent breakfast on the terrace, looking birds and squirrels on trees around and first of all, we did appreciate Jane and Mike 's welcome.

We were greeted by Mike. After taking my bag and showing us up to our room, he served us with tea and biscuits in the conservatory. After a long day, this was just the tonic! This was part of a birthday weekend and really made it all the more special. it's not as close to town as some, but is probably 20 minutes walking, or five minutes in a taxi if you're wearing impractical heels (like I was!). Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Bryn Meirion is a wonderful B&B backing onto the canal on the edge of Llangollen, with lovely views in all directions. A short walk along the canal in either direction will take you to Llangollen town centre one way, and Horseshoe Falls in the other direction. The owners Jane and Mike are the friendliest B&B owners I have met. They were welcoming and efficient ! It was so nice to be welcomed with a good hot pot of tea after our long drive. Breakfasts were delicious and fresh. Our twin room was spacious and comfortable, with a wet room attached, and had a wonderful view over the canal towards the river. The guest area was cosy and comfortable, and the dining area was a lovely conservatory overlooking the pretty garden, canal, steam railway and river. Llangollen is often bypassed on a route to Snowdonia which is a shame as there is so much to see and enjoy. I can recommend Bryn Meirion as the place to stay to get to know this area better. I would definately return.

We are just on our way back from our stay, we arrived yesterday to the beautiful Edwardian house. We were wet and cold and given a pot of tea and biscuits to enjoy in the pretty conservatory. The place was very homely, warm and relaxed. It's a great place to get away from your busy life and enjoy the mountains and countryside. Bed was so comfy I couldn't wake up! And spa bath was big and luxurious. Had everything I needed in the room and people treated us like we were the only people there. The breakfast was very good quality and there was lots of touches to give the place a thumbs up! Wish we could of stayed for longer and will be coming back! Thank you

We booked this last minute after spending an uncomfortable night elsewhere, and what a lovely change this was. We arrived mid afternoon and were offered tea and coffee straight away along with a choice of rooms. Bryn Meirion is everything you could want from a fantastic B&B. The rooms were a good size, clean and had everything you could want. Breakfast was fantastic and served in the lovely conservatory.
We will definately visit again.
