“Nice place food a little pricey”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 November 2013

Only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quite.

If there was any criticism the Wifi is very limited (not available in the rooms)

Food was very nice but a little, but that is what you get if you eat in a hotel.

We had a pretty harbor view from our room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. They even gave our dog a sausage in the morning at breakfast. This earns the hotel extra points. Dogs are allowed in the rooms, bar area and in the conservatory dining area. Dinner was good.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 18 and we had a lovely harbor view.

The hotel is right by Newry Beach so you are 2 mins away from a good walk on the promenade.
Our room was fairly large and very clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we slept well despite this. The tv is very small but we were not there to watch tv so it didn't matter.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was substantial if you are hungry in the mornings!
The biggest drawback here was no mobile reception - as we were there to meet friends and family this proved to be awkward arranging to meet them! However, we managed and some may enjoy being away from such technology for a bit!

The perfect place to stay before catching the ferry. It was quiet , lovely outlook and a good hearty breakfast to go on.We were able to eat in the night before in the dining room. There was a walking path just outside the hotel.

Very nice way to start our UK vacation. The people were very friendly and the room, although small, totally suited our needs. The breakfast offered us in the morning had a good selection, and what we chose was well done! The location close to Holyhead ferry terminal was perfect.
