There is an information board advising of different routes but nothing prepares you for how steep the descent is - fair enough but make sure you have good walking shoes on - you have to remember that you have to go back up! The falls themselves are worth the visit and provide super photo opportunities. THe ascent back up is quite challenging and certainly got our hearts pumping (although we are in our 60's - but fit) A little more information would be helpful and we didn't have much time there, would be ideal for a longer visited as some lovely woodland walks.
